Monthly Rentals in Sewickley

If I had to describe this home and owners in one word it would be “thoughtful.” They asked us in advance if we wanted anything in the house for our arrival. Who does that??!! There was a snack drawer filled with sweet and savory snacks. There was a variety of sodas, beer and wine in the fridge. The common condiments were in the fridge. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets, sheets. There were throws available in the LR and a BR; that is rare. Ceiling fans and a/c in all rooms. TVs in more rooms than you could want. Bidets in both bathrooms. Chairs on the porch to sit outside. There are some in the back too but it was rainy during our stay. David and Kathy were very responsive and even asked if there was anything that they could do for guests that they hadn’t thought of. The location of this house is ideal. We walked to restaurants and cinema and shops (bookstore, clothing shops). We have stayed in other AirBnBs in SEWICKLEY and this is my favorite.

Love staying!! This was our 2nd time staying. We absolutely love the house. It has a great backyard for the dogs. Hopefully we get to stay again soon

We had a great stay at Ritter Ranch. We were in town for a family celebration of life and needed a place close by to where everything was being held. Ritter Ranch was perfect for us. The location was ideal, the place was well described in the listing and Alexis provided so many little extra touches to make our stay even better (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, tissues, plastic bags, shampoo etc). We really appreciated that it was pet friendly and that we could bring our dogs with us. The place was also VERY clean and well taken care of. It rained most of our time and/or was unseasonably cold, but the yard and porches look like great places to hang out.

We stayed at the cozy cottage for 30 days while our kitchen was redone. The location is extremely convenient near restaurants, the library and post office. The place was very well maintained and clean with a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend the place and hope to be back again.
