David and Lucia were great hosts, with tons of helpful recommendations when we got there! The place was perfect for a couple days, very clean with everything you need. The location was very nice, everything is about 20 minutes away (walk) while being slightly outside all the hectic touristy areas. Would definitely come back!

If you’re looking for an updated, upscale place, this one’s not for you. If you want to stay in an authentic and charming Spanish home and neighborhood, the description and pictures are accurate though it’s a little more careworn in person. The kitchen has been updated as well as one of the bathrooms. The other bathrooms are still perfectly acceptable though one only has a shower head in a bathtub (common enough in Europe). The beds are very firm and every guests gets 1 pillow and 1 towel. We were in easy (20ish min or less) walking distance to the Cathedral, Plaza de España, and many restaurants. It was a little further walk to the bullring, Triana, and Las Setas but still manageable for our family. We had a rental car and had to park in a public garage about 3 blocks away. I think it was $25/day.

Simple and welcoming study with a scrupulous cleaning so that you feel calm at all times. Easy parking. Supermarket and shopping centers nearby. Metro station 5 minutes walk and five stops from the Giralda and Cathedral of Seville. 10 minutes by car from the center of Seville and the Triana neighborhood. Very good combination with the airport bus. Ideal for stays for business or visiting reasons to get to know the city.The entrance is self-contained.

There is another loft next door in case you want to come with friends or another family.

Moderna suite doble, situada en el centro de Sevilla, sobre la antigua muralla del siglo XII que se puede ver en el interior en zona común de acceso. Edificio localizado próximo al Museo de Bellas Artes, áreas de ocio, centros comerciales y parada del bus al aeropuerto (200 m aprox.). Te va a encantar por la ubicación y el espacio acogedor. ideal para parejas, viajeros de negocios y familias con hijos.

The perfect base for exploring Andalucia - A large double room in traditional Spanish style town house, with own access and ensuite shower room and space for off road parking. Tea and coffee making facilities in room as well as a fridge. Not recommended for toddlers/small children (due to the stairs). A single bed however, can be made up for an additional fee - please enquire.

We had a lovely stay with Maria and her family! She welcomed us with kindness and generosity. The room is very nice, recently renovated, clean and comfortable, with a convenient private bathroom. It's even more beautiful in real life than the photos that don't do it justice at all! Everything went wonderfully, it felt like home. A big thank you to all of you for your hospitality, kindness and shared moments.
