Holiday rentals with beach access in Seville

I was able to book this apartment during Spanish blackout in April’s 24th. Vicente and Paloma were extremely helpful and proactive. The apartment location is fabulous, and the main room is huge, it’s even bigger than in photos. The bedroom has a lot of space to store all your luggage. Definitely a good match for a couple. We are planning a new trip to Cordoba soon and we will try to book this apartment again.

Exceptional stay in Seville! Mary's place was absolutely great: clean, renovated, comfortable, well located and equipped kitchen. Mary was a very nice and friendly host, with whom the communication was simple and appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Seville!

The apartment is spacious and centrally located, ideal for exploring shops, restaurants, and attractions. Key pickup is behind the building, which is helpful to know. The host was very communicative and responsive during booking and check-in. One important detail: the bathroom has no lock, which can be uncomfortable—even for families, privacy matters. Also, at night, there seemed to be a loud TV or radio talk show nearby that could disturb light and medium sleepers. While this is outside the host’s control, it’s worth noting. Overall, the apartment offers plenty of space and an unbeatable location, making it a solid choice for a short visit. With a few improvements, it could be even better.

The apartment is great. Very clean, comfortable beds and all quite new. A few meters from the Triana Bridge. A great option to stay in Seville!

Paula is a great host, the apartment is very cozy and located in a quiet area with plenty of parking, close to the beach and bars, supermarkets, etc.... a very nice experience, to repeat, without a doubt.

Apartment exactly as described, super clean and thought out to all details. Beautiful sunset from the balcony, very bright as windows are everywhere. Very well equipped also intended for small children and even for pets. Thank you Diana for your support and accessibility

Our stay at this accommodation was perfect. From the first moment, Juan Carlos and Iriana were exceptional hosts: friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. They made us feel at home and had several details that made a difference, such as allowing us to leave a little later than usual on the last day. In addition, they took the time to recommend and help us book restaurants in the area, which was a great help. Without a doubt, we would repeat without thinking. Thank you so much for everything!

A very nice house in a very calm neighborhood. When we arrived to the house we got a very informative and good briefing from Miryam. Earlier we were even offered to have dinner/groceries arranged due to our late arrival. But it was no problem to find a supermarket as there is a lot of them in the area. To make a long story short. House was clean, fresh, well equipped and even had AC / Airheaters in all rooms! No issues what so ever and if there is any questions, Ma Del Mar is always fast and quick to answer. Everyone in our company was satisfied!

Perfect accommodation to spend a few days in Matalascañas. Highlight the location very close to the beach, the cleanliness and amenities such as air conditioning, fans and, of course, the wonderful terrace with private pool. Carmen was very kind and attentive. We'll be back.

I definitely recommend the accommodation , the house is beautiful even more than in the photos , there is no lack of detail . The relationship with host Oscar has always been very pleasant and understandable with changes depending on the situation.
