The house and the garden with the pool we loved it, it is right next to the lake where you can go for a walk, good location, very good everything, I recommend it 100%

We had a great time in Ardales. Our highlight was the pool and it looks even better than in the photos. There are eight sunbeds, an outdoor shower and the surroundings are covered in artificial grass. The house had everything that is necessary for a group stay and a lot of beautiful areas to sit and relax. Unfortunately, the lake is not there anymore and the surrounding area is really dry due to a lack of rain. However, there are lakes in the area to do water activities to make up for it and swimming in the pool was our favorite activity anyway. The contact to José was helpful and informative. We would definitely come back.

Perfect accommodation to spend a few days in Matalascañas. Highlight the location very close to the beach, the cleanliness and amenities such as air conditioning, fans and, of course, the wonderful terrace with private pool. Carmen was very kind and attentive. We'll be back.

I definitely recommend the accommodation , the house is beautiful even more than in the photos , there is no lack of detail . The relationship with host Oscar has always been very pleasant and understandable with changes depending on the situation.

We stayed here for 1 week and had an amazing time. The villa was spotless and comfortable, exactly as pictured. There is excellent air con in the kitchen and living room and it’s possible to make the bedrooms nice and cool by leaving the doors open. The private outdoor area provides endless entertainment and feels quiet and peaceful. Everything is provided that you may need during your stay, including pool towels. There is a large supermarket (CashFresh) a 5 minute walk away, with everything we needed during our stay. We relied on Uber to get in and out of Seville, and this was always easy costing around €23 each way. We were well looked after by Fernando and his Mother, who were happy to help with anything we needed, at short notice. They were both lovely. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and we would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, private Villa near Seville. We hope to return one day.

A very nice house in a very calm neighborhood. When we arrived to the house we got a very informative and good briefing from Miryam. Earlier we were even offered to have dinner/groceries arranged due to our late arrival. But it was no problem to find a supermarket as there is a lot of them in the area. To make a long story short. House was clean, fresh, well equipped and even had AC / Airheaters in all rooms! No issues what so ever and if there is any questions, Ma Del Mar is always fast and quick to answer. Everyone in our company was satisfied!

The apartment is much better than what it describes, it is super close to the beach, it is very spacious, very comfortable beds, it has everything you need to feel at home with all the amenities. We have traveled with 3 friends and our little ones, 4 and 5 years old, and I can say that it is ideal for the little ones, super safe, comfortable, because it has an outdoor space to play inside the house. The parking inside the residential area at the foot of the apartment has made it a matter of honor, with small children, all the facilities are appreciated. The hostess left us a wonderful welcome basket designed for the type of travelers we were and the children were delighted. In addition, it has been super flexible in the departure, so I have been able to enjoy the day of departure on the beach until late that we left. Next year we will definitely repeat our mothers' getaway and I will also come with my husband, because I am in love with the apartment and the kindness of the hostess.
