Monthly Rentals in Setagaya City

I booked this place on behalf of a visitor for a month long business trip and it was perfect. The neighborhood is packed with things to do, yet peaceful and clean, without the overwhelming noise and grit of a main city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. Living up to its title as a hipster town, there are also a handful of gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan places, which was very helpful for our visitor's dietary restrictions. The apartment itself is small and cozy and perfect for someone who is out for most of the day and just needs a comfortable place to come home to and do their laundry and cook simple meals. We had a bit of trouble getting inside, but Yasutaka was quick and responsive. The only thing was that the instructions regarding how to throw out the trash were not clear. Otherwise, great review overall!

Very sweet lady who enjoys what she does. She always checked in on us to see how we were enjoying our stay. She also helped me when I lost an item. Goes above and beyond highly recommend!

great location, close to konbinis and the train station. the apartment is on a quiet street but is only a few minutes walk to some really nice cafes and restaurants.

Exciting rustic accommodation in a non-touristy residential area. On a building right next door you can always visit the roof terrace, where there is a lot of seating and a beautiful wide view. From the property you are in Shinjuku within 40 minutes. A few grocery stores are also within walking distance. Kaz is a very friendly and open host.
