Our stay at Lisa’s farm apartment was absolutely unforgettable. The view from the balcony was unreal — expansive green fields, majestic mountains, and total tranquility. It felt like stepping into a painting every time we looked outside. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly situated for a peaceful escape. It’s clear Lisa has put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home — she left a list of fantastic local recommendations that really helped us experience the area like a local. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the Dolomites. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a truly memorable view, this is it. This was probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The apartment itself was incredible with great, private views of the mountains, comfortable beds, and great amenities. The complex as a whole also had billiards, table tennis, and board games as well as a lounge and sauna where in a shared space. The location was very convenient for exploring the area and the town of Dobbiaco had everything we needed in terms of food and groceries. The only thing I would note to other guests is that, while the listing mentions air conditioning, it is not typical air conditioning that can be controlled inside the apartment. Instead it appears to be heating and/or cooling located in the flooring which is controlled by the front desk. The apartment never got below 23 degrees Celsius/73.4 degrees Fahrenheit. We ended up opening our doors at night because the unit was still very warm. However, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

A very nice 2 room apartment under the roof on the 4th floor. The kitchen is very modern, has everything you need and also a washing machine!! The bedroom has a large closet and comfortable beds. The location of the apartment is great. You can walk to the middle of the city in about 5 minutes and to the outdoor swimming pool in about 8 minutes. From Bruneck, you can reach great hiking areas in 30-40 minutes. The parking situation in front of the apartment is a minor issue. Most of the time, something is available, but not always. We always had to park in a parking lot at the end of the street, where you were only allowed to park for 2 hours. It should be noted that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Harald is very likeable and friendly. He also gave us good tips on activities!!! We simply had beautiful days in Bruneck in a very nice apartment and a beautiful environment!

The property was immaculately clean. Hosts made the effort to personally greet us and say goodbye. Robert was extremely responsive as well. Everything was as expected
