Monthly Rentals in Semaphore

Great little place. Beautiful loft. Very well supplied kitchen if cooking was a preferred option. Actually quite impressed really. Very attentive host.

We stayed for a few months as waiting for house build. The location is great and with a garage, pool and gym. We found it easy to get to shops and used the Italian restaurant just below the building. Very comfy bed - the bedroom has no window but glass frosted sliding door,,but it was great as with AC on didn't need fan in bedroom. Bathroom great - good sized shower. Plenty of space for two people. Lots of light. We got very comfortable any Angelina was great as we extended our time.

Amazing host, very responsive and response immediately when we ask anything. Easy check in, spotless place, value for money, complete appliances during the stay. Comfy bed (very important!) and quiet area, great for weekend getaway and relaxing time. Love to come back!

A micro walk to the Semaphore beach & pier, and a small walk to shops, Mary’s townhouse is wonderfully located. Perfect for our family of 5, with 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms, uncluttered yet a small selection of board games to entertain. Thanks for our stay!
