Thank you for your great hospitality and life lessons while we explored your beautiful country! Our most breathtaking day was driving up to Snæfellsjökull Peninsula/National Park. Your providing a car with the airbnb was so appreciated- as was the pickup from the airport and the stop to see your "friend". Thanks for making us feel at home while traveling abroad.

Hrafn's home was a great place to stay for our first visit to Iceland. Centrally located in Reykjavik, just minutes from the downtown area.

Unfortunately, Elisabet was traveling so we never got to meet her, but her mother was extremely helpful in getting the keys to us. One of the real assets of the Seltjarnarnes neighborhood - aside from its astounding views - is that its residential, so its very peaceful and parking is a breeze.

The apartment was exactly as described and immaculate. But what I liked best was that it was in a tranquil neighborhood with outstanding views across a bay and easy access to downtown. Once I drove downtown, once I walked along the bay and once I took a chance on a scooter (very easy path to follow, but since that was my first ride ever, it was harrowing!). I appreciated that Kjartan made my stay exceptionally easy - most of my questions (what’s the WiFi password, where’s the nearest grocery store, etc) were answered in advance, and then again in a helpful booklet in the apartment. Thank you, Kjartan, for a fantastic stay in Reykjavik!
