It was a great stay. The house is clean and comfy. Everything looks new to us, and the house is equipped with anything you need. They even have a sauna in the house! Along with the smart tv and a garden, you can just chill in the house all day! Environment is nice and quiet. Highly recommended to travellers visiting to the Postojna cave and Skojcan cave!

A very nice neighborhood not only for a short vacation. Good base for chilling and excursions, be it for swimming, sightseeing or more adventurous (hiking, caves, etc.). As a plus, there are also various homemade beekeeping products to buy at Ales. Always happy to come back.

Great house for the money. Close to many landmarks, the hosts are welcoming, proactive and nice. The house is comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Simon was a great host. He arranged for us to eat a delicious meal of local cuisine, with family-made sausages and garden vegetables. We learned about the history of the area, and grew to appreciate his whole family. We felt so much at home! We highly recommend staying at Miranda's Bar, where hospitality has been at the highest standard for five generations. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were spacious. The village of Pivka is quiet and picturesque, and near to the cave and castle attractions. We want to come back!
