Penny’s garden cottage is absolutely gorgeous—just like in the photos—and offers the most beautiful views. We were lucky to have great weather and caught some stunning sunsets right from the window. It was peaceful, cozy, and everything we hoped for. I couldn’t recommend it more highly and will definitely be back!

Beautiful country house with some incredible views, very warm and welcoming, felt at home instantly. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful with lots of country walks and a visit to Rye which is close by.

Beautiful cottage, which has been lovingly refurbished to add modern features whilst retaining lots of character making it very homely. The wet room is large and well designed making for a delightful shower experience! On road parking right outside the cottage is very handy. Christina was very welcoming and met us on arrival with some freshly baked bread and other goodies. As we are vegan, Christina left us some vegan biscuits and milk, which was a nice touch. Overall, a beautiful experience and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning in the future. Thank you!
