Holiday rentals with lake access in Seagrove Beach

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

This home was in a great location with lots of walkability. The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay- beach chairs, towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen. The kids loved having a yard to play in, a neighborhood for riding bikes, and the bunk room. The beach was a quick bike ride away and there were great restaurants within walking distance. The pool was chilly but our kids got in a few times! We also enjoyed the front and back porch for morning coffee or family dinners. We were happy with Alan’s responsiveness and helpfulness and would definitely return to this spot!

Eddie's house is great and he is a welcoming host. We enjoyed being able to spend time on the back deck and go down to fish from the dock. The beach was a short walk away and the location is convenient to be able to walk to the local shops nearby.

We enjoyed our stay and there was everything we needed and more for our mother/daughter girls adult trip! Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed, including a Kuerig which was not in photos but was a big plus. Also had a few more beach chairs than pictured which was also a nice bonus. Kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped! Local restaurants were also great and loved the privacy of area and beach access! Would definitely return! Only down side was that majority of bedrooms are on 3rd floor and kitchen/living area is on second floor… being able to use the elevator would have been a plus.. especially on check in/out day but all in all great stay and lovely property and if you’re in good health then not a problem but if have knee problems then this might not be a good fit.

Exceeded our expectations. Super comfortable. Appreciated the golf cart. Beautiful porch and an easy walk to the coffee shop, cafe, ice cream parlor etc.

This was such a perfect spot for our family of 3. We kayaked and paddle boarded to the beach where our 4 year old could swim in the area where the lake met the ocean. On the days we walked, it was such an easy and peaceful walk to the access point at the end of the street. Everything was super comfortable and the screened in porch and dock were great to unwind. Also the fire pit with Adirondack chairs looking at the lake was 🤌. A++++++ for papa’s hideaway!

Great place for family ! We had a blast ! Kids wanted to stay in the pool than go to the beach ! Super peaceful and great attention we will defiantly book again !

We had a wonderful stay over new years. The house is really cute and right by the beach. Nice kitchen with a good amount of pots and pans. The pool is directly across from the front door and the beach access is just across a little alleyway from the back door. It was so convenient and safe to walk back and forth, even kids could go back to house by themselves and was not a problem if you wanted to run get something. The hosts provided bikes and paddle boards and a big box of beach stuff. Great views of sunset from second and third floor decks. Great beach right there. Some restaurants are close enough to walk and you are basically right between seaside and rosemary such that each is a short drive. This is a great choice along 30a.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

The place is exceptionally tidy and the host is reactive and quick to respond. All the basic amenities are provided along with few complementary dishwasher and laundry pods. 😊The home is very conveniently located to the beach like 5 mins walk to the outside of the resort and access to the beach right across the street. The premium outlets is around 7 mins drive. Overall, we had a very good experience.

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

This apartment was perfect for a quiet beach week. The location was fabulous with a 1 minute walk to a mostly empty beach. The house was very well appointed with towels, beach chairs, sand toy, umbrellas and boogie boards. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Bonnie’s place was an excellent choice, felt just like home, only a short 10 minutes walk to the beach, we would definitely stay at Bonnie’s again

Carillon Beach is truly a gem. We loved our stay. This space was perfect for just my husband and I. Would have felt pretty cramped if we had a child with us. I read on a previous review not to bring too much stuff & that was great advice. The home was accurate to the photos, clean & great view from balcony. We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings with coffee.

Such a great host! Answers back quickly and very knowledgeable and respectful! Will for sure book again anytime!

Highly recommend this condo! This is a very nice, comfortable, clean, quiet condo in a great little “hidden” spot off 30A. Walkable to the Beachy Bean coffee shop and Old Florida Fish House which is so pretty at night. The Walton Dunes Beach access is about a 15 minute walk; there’s a small public parking area at the public beach entrance. We used that and also drove to Deer Lake State Park for a beach day.

Private, fenced, block and a half from the beach. Easy to work with host, exactly what we were looking for. Love it, will be back for sure

A welcomed oasis. It was a calm, peaceful setting. The neighborhood feels safe and comfortable. The house has everything you will need. Kitchen well stocked with quality pans, and kid friendly items also. Bathrooms are a nice size and the porch was great for storing beach gear. Some chairs and bikes were a bonus that were included!

Second time staying here. I selfishly don’t want to leave a review bc it’s truly a hidden gem. Sandy and Larry are fantastic hosts. Amazingly stocked Airbnb, all the soaps shampoos etc that you need, always a stocked kitchen, lots of beach towels, plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, etc. Everything that you would need for a little beach vacation. It’s a mini kitchenette in the unit but plenty to do some basic cooking. The location is perfect to walk to the beach. Hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do every time.

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

We loved our stay here! The community is awesome, and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the setup—nothing was overlooked. The beds were super comfortable, beach towels were provided, and everything felt easy and welcoming. We have three young kids, and they were so comfortable and happy here. We’ll definitely be back!

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

We had 3 families, 6 adults and six 17 year olds. We cooked every meal and kitchen was well equipped. Parking at the beach was very limited so the GEM cart (extra $) and free bikes worked out great. The pool was great with many chairs, tables, bathrooms, and umbrellas and has a large lawn where we played corn hole and Slammo. The house has two large living areas that allowed the teens to stay up late playing the many provided board games and watching movies on the large TVs. The back porch was nice for morning coffee. 4 bedrooms, 2 with connected bathroom, 2 without. All beds were very comfortable. The grill works well but bring utensils and a grill brush.
