Holiday rentals with beach access in Seagrove Beach

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

What a great place!!! I booked this room for my daughter and now son and law and they absolutely adored it! Such a great location and well price! Ms.Bert was so helpful with all communication! A must stay place for sure- so pretty!!!

This was the perfect place to stay! The beach access was just a short walk away and close to lots of great attractions and activities. The space was clean and great for a beach getaway! Highly recommend!

Alma and Michael were wonderful hosts! They were so responsive for every question and they provided helpful information and recommendations. The place was small as expected but all that we needed and we slept so well! The beach was located a short walk away and they even provided us with great beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely come back for a quiet getaway.

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Sunday's House is a perfectly located condo with amazing amenities. Great to have a personal beach space with designated chairs and umbrella. This far exceeded our expectations and was an amazing value for what we got to experience. Super clean and comfortable bed/space close to great food and shopping. Five plus stars. Can not give a higher recommendation. Jamie and Todd are amazing hosts and made everything super easy with great communication throughout our stay! Thank you.

We would definitely stay here again! Lots of things near us that were walkable which made it even better than what we expected.

BEST VACATION EVERY! Home was beautifully designed and perfect for our family. Only a few steps away from Camp Watercolor which saved us on Parking. The LSV made getting around a breeze and was so much fun to wave at other family’s in their LSV’s. the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive to our needs, as we were arriving late and over the weekend when the HOA offices were closed. All documents were sent over shortly after booking on the same day and intuitive to complete. We will be booking again. Until next time “Just Breathe”

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach home and immaculately clean. Our family had an extremely enjoyable stay here. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor space so much. Lots of space to spread out as there is both a downstairs living room and an upstairs bonus room. Peter was communicative and friendly. Beach access appeared to not have much parking but we never had any issue getting a spot. We took a bike ride on the close by trails and it was wonderful. Perfect stay!

Great place to stay! The house is exactly as described clean and very comfortable. The beach is in walkable distance and the house is located in a quite street. Communication with the host exceptional! I can only recommend this place!

Laura’s place was an absolute DREAM. She thought of literally everything you could need for a good vacation. The house is located in the cutest neighborhood, and there are so many restaurants/amenities around. The house was very clean, and Laura was very responsive to our needs. Would 100% stay again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Ali and Tommy's cottage. The pool is just steps away from the front door and the kids loved jumping in after a long day at beach. The beach is close, with tow access points. The one to the west does not have a ramp, so we had to walk a little farther to get to the other access point. Ali and Tommy were very responsive and flexible. We enjoyed having the EV charger at the house. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.

Parents of two under 3yo review: Couldn’t have picked a better location. 2min golf cart ride to the best beach, close to restaurants, and our host had a very clean and fun location. House didn’t have anything breakable from our waists down which was helpful with our toddlers. The screened in porch was perfect and we never worried our kids would wonder down to the pool and didn’t have to deal with bugs. Pool was the perfect size and depth (deepest part went to our necks) and the pool heat was perfect for at night. Our kiddos also loved the color changing lights for night swims. Rooms were pick enough for toddler cribs and even enough space to put their Slumberpod tents up (IYKYK). Host/cohosts were very responsive and accommodating. Very quiet street but yet the center of where you want to be! Hope this location is available when we come back, we literally parked our car and used solely the golf cart the entire week! It was wonderful!

This is our second stay, and we will be back again!! Perfect for a couple, super comfy bed, easy access to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, etc. Quiet location, loved the pool.

This was our first time in 30A and this Airbnb was everything we could have asked for! We loved that it was an easy walk to public beach access and close to great restaurants. For the little time we were inside, this was a comfortable, relaxing home away from home that had everything we needed. They even provided beach chairs and a great beach umbrella! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay at 30A!

Just wow. Where do I begin? The cleanliness, location, comfort, affordability, etc? Immediately when we walked in for the first time, I asked myself, "How does someone get a place *this* clean?!" It was spotless & beautiful! The location was perfect - right next to one of the only gas stations on 30A, which was so convenient when we needed to grab water/supplies for the beach. AND literally right across the street from the beach. I was nervous that it would be a long haul (we had 3 children with us), but it wasn't at all. And public beach access was just down the stairs to the left. Our kids LOVED having 2 pools, & we enjoyed the heated one at nights. Also, I have never slept so well & fallen asleep so fast. The beds were comfortable & those pillows gave me the best nights' sleep. Our children were so excited to sleep in their bunks each night. We also never felt cramped, which was a concern with 5 people, but it all worked out beautifully. Erin was incredibly kind/responsive!

Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn't be better—literally steps from the beach. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed, from beach towels and chairs to umbrellas and even coolers. Mark and Pam went above and beyond, sending us local recommendations each morning, which made our trip even more special. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend. Kim was super fast to respond. She provided awesome suggestions for the area and the room was perfect for our family. My wife enjoyed all of the organization, thoughtful items if you left something, and clear communication. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend! It was clean, cozy and spacious! It was perfect for my husband and I! It was also a great location, close to everything in Rosemary and a short walk to Alys Beach!

I have never been more impressed with any other host or property as I was with David and Joy and their beautiful beach condo. If I could give 10+++ stars I would! David responded immediately to any questions before and after booking. They were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed here with our family of 4 with 2 small children. They had everything we could possibly need including kid friendly dinner plates/utensils, a pack and play available, beach chairs/umbrella and toys. It was bliss waking up to sip coffee on the balcony watching the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need and was perfect with both a table and bar seats available. The ease to and from the beach was ideal for us. The location is truly perfect—a little over a mile walk or quick drive to the main square area of seaside or several sought after restaurants within walking distance. The beach is peaceful and private and not overcrowded. Already looking for dates next year!
