Waterfront holiday rentals in Seagrove Beach

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

Extremely clean rental with great, close beach access. Perfect for two adults. The only negative I would say is that the area is very noisy in the mornings...trash trucks, traffic, lawn maint. etc starts very early so plan for that if you are thinking of sleeping in at all. The location to the beach and being walkable to food and drinks is a definite plus though.

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

Such a beautifully updated space with some of the best views around! The condo could not have been better-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, cozy, and immaculately clean. The pool AND beach access with chair service was such a huge bonus for not having to lug chairs and umbrellas down each day. The location is minutes from Seaside and Watercolor and just a short drive to Alys, Rosemary, etc.—we ate the best food and shopped like crazy and were never more than 10 minutes from the condo! Sarah Beth was so accommodating and always quick to respond. We definitely hope to come back in the future!

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

This is a place I would definitely go again. It’s private and safe. The beds are comfy and it’s convenient to get to the grocery store and restaurants

The most beautiful place!!!!! It’s even better in person than in the pictures! View is breathtaking and had me running to the balcony in the morning to see the view. Watching the sunset in the evening was one of our favorite things to do. The space was HUGE - way bigger than expected, extremely clean, and everything you would need for a stay. Everything is close and walkable. So many amenities, great gym, included parking, and chairs and umbrella. Truly the best experience we’ve had at an air bnb. We hope to visit often! The hosts very clear instructions and responsiveness made check in and the entire process beyond easy. There were tons of recommendations and our only regret was not booking longer! One of a kind stay!

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awnna's place was clean, beds were very comfortable, had all the kitchen items necessary to cook and keep foods, there were toys for the kids to use at the beach, and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Grocery store was close, Whale's Tail had good drinks (crab cakes were not the best), jet ski rental was easy to walk to, and the private beach was great! She was very communicative, and gave good recommendations for rentals, etc. It was easy to travel to restaurants for dinner. We hope to come back again in the future with our family. We really enjoyed our stay! So close to Seaside but not in the middle of all the crowds. We had family bike rides, rode bikes to the beach and breakfast. The golf cart was so nice to have as well. We only got in the car when we drove to Grayton Beach. We will definitely be booking again in the future. The hosts were responsive and helped us anything that came up.

We had a 5 day stay at Herron House and it could not have been more wonderful. The house is charming, cozy, pristine and well laid out. Ann has done a great job with communications and was very responsive to answering questions and addressing a few minor things that came up. The house setting is quiet and peaceful and well appointed. Make sure you sit out on the dock for morning coffee or late afternoon beverages. Oh, and try out the paddle boards and hit the beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk on quiet streets with lovely homes to see. The beaches??? Spectacular, very wide and wonderful sand. Restaurants are close by and having the golf cart to use makes that easy to manage. We will go back to Seaside...a great experience! Thanks Ann!

We had a wonderful stay over new years. The house is really cute and right by the beach. Nice kitchen with a good amount of pots and pans. The pool is directly across from the front door and the beach access is just across a little alleyway from the back door. It was so convenient and safe to walk back and forth, even kids could go back to house by themselves and was not a problem if you wanted to run get something. The hosts provided bikes and paddle boards and a big box of beach stuff. Great views of sunset from second and third floor decks. Great beach right there. Some restaurants are close enough to walk and you are basically right between seaside and rosemary such that each is a short drive. This is a great choice along 30a.

Kelli’s place was the serene setting we were dreaming about for our getaway weekend. The views are amazing and Kelli has put a lot of thought, time, and effort into the amenities and touches throughout the cabin. She’s thought of everything! Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Kelli!

What an amazing home! Ashland was a fab host, and you can't beat the location and proximity to the beach. Literally steps away. The house was so nice, clean, and welcoming. My only recommendation is that if you're traveling with small children you'll need a baby gate as everything is on the second floor :)

We had a great stay! We would stay here again. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. I loved that the livingroom and kitchen were on the top floor. The view was great and we even got to watch a lightening storm. There was dish soap & dishwasher detergent supplied. Every room had a bathroom and that was really convenient. There was shampoo, conditioner, body soap & hand soap in all of them too. I didn’t realize that the house was 4 stories. There is an elevator though and my parents were grateful for it. It was nice to be able to put the groceries on it and get them to the kitchen on the top floor. There is a golf cart to use to travel around. My kids enjoyed the bikes too! There were beach chairs and an umbrella that we used at the beach. Also, plenty of beach towels.

Magnificent get away reset R&R ! Dan was super detailed attentive, quick to respond. Supplies well equipped! Unit very clean , welcoming and comfortable. Felt like home away from home from the relaxing full size balcony extremely comfortable lounge chair rockers to the kitchen, extremely clean bathroom and luxurious master. Host has wonderful full length dark-out sectioned panels covering windows to allow for full beauty of Gulf to be revealed during the day and full darkness peaceful rest/sleep in the evening! Very spacious clean relaxing and classic❤️ You will NOT regret staying at Dan’s penthouse and loved staying on the East side away from direct sounds of Pineapple Willys but could still see. Only one item to mention, sofa queen sleeper was uncomfortable and gave for hard nights sleep but the days washed it away thankfully. I only mention IF someone needs to open the sleeper and sleep on. Otherwise the master was extremely comfortable, restful luxurious just like home

This is THE spot hands down. Beautiful condo, location, & VIEW! Directly on water. Wonderful vacation. Brought my 5 year old and 6 month old. We will be back! This is the best condo on 30A IMO. Thank you for a great stay!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The location is amazing, central to a lot of things on 30A and right on the beach. The view is incredible, both on the patio as well as the huge window in the master. The home itself is incredibly clean and well decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. Dora was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay as a family of 4 and cannot wait to come back!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful beach-front view, updated interior, spotlessly clean, easy parking, nice pool. Kevin was very friendly and responsive. Lived our stay.

We had the most amazing time at this condo — it was truly the perfect couple’s getaway! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a true escape. Alex was incredible to work with. From the moment we booked, he made everything so easy and stress-free. Clear communication, thoughtful touches, and such a welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. We loved every moment of our stay and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic retreat!

Nancy’s place was beautiful and comfortable l, my family and I enjoyed our time there. Being steps aways from the ocean was amazing, we loved the private beach and the chairs that were included were amazing, unheard of! We hope to be back and stay here again!

We had the best stay here for our anniversary and baby moon! The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and in beautiful Blue Mountain. The walk to the beach was as close as can be - just a matter of walking down the stairs of the building and the stairs to the sand! Another plus was the ease of parking and how walkable numerous restaurants were from the Airbnb. We didn’t even have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella thanks to the equipment in the unit! The balcony was perfect for relaxing after the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. Staying at this unit grants access to a private stretch of beach that was spacious, beautiful, and never very crowded - even on a holiday weekend! Grace was great at communicating and had the place prepared perfectly for us. We can’t wait to stay here again!
