Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Seagrove Beach

This home in Cassine Gardens is a great place to stay and experience nature along with the beach. Everything you need is within biking or walking distance. We’ve been visiting 30A for 20 years and staying in Cassine feels like home.

Overall amazing experience with Coast and would absolutely stay here again. The house was extremely clean and orderly but be aware the basics were missing (beach towels, extra bath towels for showering, cooler for beach, etc.). The community amenities were also great (pool, hot tub, s’mores by fire). The host was responsive and provided ample direction for check-in/out. Would absolutely LOVE to stay here again!

We looked at so many beach houses before choosing Meg's place and I'm so thankful we did! This house was perfect, especially for traveling with kids. Huge closets, pantry space, tons of beach and kids stuff provided, a great outdoor space and plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy our time together. The neighborhood is so quiet and friendly and it's a very easy walk to the beach (even with kids and beach gear). Meg is a super friendly and helpful host. If you want to be close to everything but away from all the crowds, this is the place!

Absolutely lovely in every detail well communicated great location to 30a and close to pier park. Pool was amazing and professionally maintained Access to beach was impressive very little effort to enjoy a beach day easy paking great pathways to water. Interior is first class. And the accommodation for pets is a huge plus.

Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped home tucked away on a quiet street. Easy access to beach via golf cart. Great home for two families with two primary suites and a great bunk room for kids. Across the street from sweet neighborhood park.

We absolutely loved Tiki Tides 30A! The location was perfect and the house was in great condition. It was exactly as the pictures and was the most perfect place for us to stay and relax for a few days! Rachel was a great host who was very attentive and responded to us quickly when we needed something. I could not recommend this place more for anyone looking for a nice little getaway!

Highly recommend! This place has it all: golf cart to beach/restaurants, pool right outside the back door and the house is fully stocked with everything you need (seriously, this is the most stocked rental we’ve ever had). We took our three young kids (6,3,1) and they had everything you could possibly need and if they didn’t have something Jennifer handled it. Jennifer even sent a brand new high chair for the baby. The kids also loved the Wii Mario Cart in the bunkbeds upstairs.

Our stay in this is beautiful home was absolutely perfect. I cannot even begin to describe how much we loved our weekend away in Christine and Nick’s lovely home. Not only was it even more beautiful in person, but they truly had everything we could ever need plus incredible local recommendations around the area. They were so accommodating and responsive to every need or question we had. We absolutely want to come back and plan to rebook this gorgeous house for our next trip! Thank you all so much!!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The breathtaking view was even better than the photos, and the place was perfect for our family spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We would 100% book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Stay was great..Monday was bad...doing repairs above us, couldn't stay in condo, sounded like a jack hammer all day, but after that things were wonderful!

Douglas's 2 Bedroom condo was the perfect choice for us!! Exactly like the pictures!! It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need!! He has a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 coolers with wheels and a bag of toys for kids available to use. We used the cooler and beach chairs every day. Douglas was a great host and answered any questions I had quickly!! He also allowed us an early check-in which was much appreciated!! The Palms of Destin is a nice place with a resort like feel. The pool was very nice!! They have a restaurant on site and a fun bar. They have a free shuttle to take you to the beach if you don't want to walk the 10 minutes. The condo is in the perfect location for Destin with the beach, restaurants and many attractions close by. We will definitely be back and stay with Douglas again!!

We loved our time at this condo! It was clean and spacious, and minutes away from the beach and fun night life.

Not on the beach but next best to it. It’s on a resort with many amenities. Beach is only a walkable half mile along with a restaurant (beach house) on the boardwalk we ate 2 days in a row. Pool was beautiful, clean and family friendly. Easiest check in with very clear instructions. Very clean condo with a small balcony.

Great place! Perfect for the 2 of us. lLoved that it was within walking distance of the beach and many places along the beach. Very clean. Would stay here again.

We loved staying at the lake cabin. We felt right at home from the first day. Our favorite part was the fact that the cabin had a washer and dryer! We also loved that we got to feed and interact with the horses. Caren and Jim are wonderful folks and very responsive! It’s truly a lovely place and we could not recommend it enough.

Absolutely loved the place! Look forward to staying here again soon! Perfect place to relax and enjoy the old Florida feel while still being just down the road from everything everyone loves about PCB!

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!

PEACEFUL, beautiful and wonderful place! I loved it!!! I went to enjoy the beaches in Destin and gratefully I found Caren’s place right on the other side of Destin, I end up enjoying this place as well, it was an amazing experience! I would love to come here again! Thank you!!!
