Monthly Rentals in Schynige Platte

This is my very first experience where the host, Manuela is putting her effort to meet her guests during check in /out time. Since we are going to check out quite early in the morning, she purposely came by and say goodbye to us. For us the location of the house is perfect, it's actually in the middle of Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Grinderwald. Car is a must as no public transport around. The house is huge and easily fit in 4 peoples. The kitchen and bathroom is well equipped. I really like the barbecue pit and use almost every night there. Eventhough it is located not too far away from main road, there are hardly any noisy traffic noise. You can hear sheep bleats from the farm behind the house, or the water flowing sound from the river just across the road. When the night came, you were like in the heaven, so quiet and peaceful. No grocery shop within walking distance but since car is a must to stay here, just drive to Lauterburnnen, just few minutes away. Love this place so much.

I recently stayed 4 nights at Aline’s place with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) for our first visit to Switzerland. We loved the location of this home, and the proximity to the train station was especially great — it made adventuring so easy! Every room had what we needed and more, and we really appreciated the full kitchen. We would stay again here in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone!

The kitchen is well-equipped, perfect for cooking meals. The location is super convenient for driving, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Highly recommend this gem!

Great place! About a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet and had all we needed.
