Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Fully equipped apartment in the hotel - about 60 square meters divided into one bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area as well as the bathroom. The apartment has a surrounding balcony. Feel free to use the in-house Strandbad incl. Use the sunbathing lawn and bathing jetty. Our extensive breakfast buffet can be booked comfortably in the hotel for an extra charge (18 EUR per person; children 0-5 free; children up to 12 years for 9 EUR).

The rural apartment was newly built in 2024 and is in a quiet, idyllic location between Munich and the mountains on an organic farm with dairy farm. The apartment is climate-neutral and has been furnished with a lot of love and high-quality furniture in a rural style and is located on a farm. The hot tub with mountain views, as well as the sun terrace invite you to relax. The hot tub can be used all year round, communal with our second apartment.

The living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The balcony overlooks a quiet, green courtyard – a perfect spot for some fresh air and relaxation.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space: On the first floor, a large, open living-dining area offers space for cozy hours, alternatively in nice weather on the terrace. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large double room, plus a large shower room with a hot tub. Another bedroom as a single room can be booked after consultation. The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.
