Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Schwabing-West

We were in Munich due to a trade fair visit and were therefore looking for a place with which we could easily commute by public transport. There were four of us and everyone had their space. We would choose the place again.

Everything went great and we were able to enjoy our stay as a large group. Especially the code lock was a great solution, so we could come and go independently.

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Emel's parents greeted us when we arrived. Despite the complicated communication because of the language barrier, they took the time to explain everything to us. The space was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very nice. The stove was easy to use and heated quickly and well. The kitchen was clean and very functional. There was nothing missing in the house for a good stay! There were 7 of us and all very happy with the house. We couldn't enjoy the garden because of the bad weather, but it must be very nice in summer. The views are very beautiful and the area peaceful. (Next to a forest and lake) Bus station to Munich is a 5 min walk, which is very convenient 👍 The host was very responsive in responding to messages, and very kind. We all highly recommend this place, thank you Emel 🤗

We enjoyed our stay at Mark's apartment. It has a convenient location in a walking distance from the main train station, and close to stores and public transportation. The apartment is spacious and with a nice view (we were on the 6th floor). Mark was a nice host. I can only recommend the apartment to others.

We had a great time in Seefeld! The house is very spacious and fully equipped, as Daniel lives in the accommodation itself with family. The kids especially enjoyed the great garden with large trampoline. The location is great - you have the choice to drive to the lakes depending on the weather, or to the city of Munich with its generous offer of activities. As an electric car driver, it should also be noted that a public charging station is available about 100 m away. All in all, we were very satisfied!

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We made lifelong memories as a family in this house. The host was outstandingly responsive and polite. The house is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, and amazing for a family reunion. The kitchen had all tools necessary for a comfortable home cooking experience. If we needed something - they had it! Super home for a family with a kid or kids. The location is peaceful and secluded, but you can walk to a promenade or a nearby restaurant easily if you want to socialize. About an hour on a taxi from the Munich airport which was reasonable for us. We would go there every year! We loved it so much!

We came as a family to enjoy the holidays in Munich. The house is very nice, comfortable, large and well located, in a quiet, pretty area, and allowing you to reach the center of Munich quickly via the S-Bahn 5 which is reliable and regularly serves the area. Isabel and her family are extremely welcoming: everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, and everything went remarkably well afterwards. The kids loved it, everyone slept very well, we never got cold, and we were able to enjoy the kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare good meals in the evening when returning from our long visits and walks. In short, we would highly recommend it! And we thank Isabel and her family.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa south of Munich. The location was peaceful and scenic, perfect for relaxing while still being close to the city. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to Munich and lake Starnberg.
