I spent 3 wonderful days in Policoro at Mrs. Margherita's house. Very kind host, ready to meet all my needs. In particular, Mrs. Margherita was asked for a kindness that I will not mention for privacy. She met the request without batting an eye. A very empathetic and helpful lady. What can we say about Mr. Mimmo, who welcomed us as if we had known each other forever. Mr. Mimmo made us find the apartment in an impeccable way. During our stay, he offered us two baskets of organic fruit, probably from his own land. The peaches and apricots are delicious. He also offered us a bottle of wine from his vineyards... what a treat. The apartment is located right in the center and is equipped with all comforts. Surely if I had to go back to Policoro, I would go back to this apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed in an apartment with all the necessary services, with a very courteous, helpful and reserved family. The apartment is in a strategic position to be able to reach, Metaponto, Matera and Maratea and close to the local beaches. We had a very good time and were always assisted with great availability.

Vito's apartment is located in the xampa6tra Scanzano Jonico and Montalbano, in a convenient location to easily reach the sea of Basilicata and to tour the hinterland. A perfect apartment for a family. Clean and equipped with everything you need to spend a peaceful holiday. Beautiful private garden with pergola, table, sofas and armchairs where you can relax.
