Yurt

Experience eating in a yurt. Great location almost in the center of Mikkeli and yet in the heart of nature. The yurt is on the edge of a large and lush courtyard of a detached house, in its own peace next to Kalevankangas' magnificent outdoor area and swimming pond. The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, a kettle and a microwave. You have a fire pit and a wood sauna for an extra fee. A warm toilet and shower can be found about 20 meters away, behind a private entrance from the downstairs of our house. The atmospheric yurt is heated by a stove.

Yurt on a livestock farm

Come and spend an adventurous country holiday in a unique yurt in Porvoo! The location is only about 6 km from the center of Porvoo! If you wish, you can also get to know the numerous animals of our small farm at close range. In the summer of 2025, we will offer guests small donkey rides as an additional service! You can find more information in the text below. Along the forest path (1.5 km) you can reach the lake, where there is a swimming opportunity (not suitable for small children). There is no public beach on the lake, so it is very peaceful.

Halsninoen hiking route goes right past the farm. Possibility to buy breakfast. Lots of delicious eateries in the area. Close to unique Dyssekilde Økolandsby. Train to Copenhagen in walking distance from the farm.

Enjoy complete freedom in nature in this romantic home with proximity to the sea. Only 2 km from Nösund with great swimming from cliffs and beaches is this unique yurt. The location is in the middle of nature with surrounding trees, mountains and meadows. Glamping at it's best. Double bed, which can be moved apart, as well as sofa bed with room for one adult or two children. Kitchen unit with microwave, hot plate, running water, fridge. Isolated. Electric heating. Large terrace. Mulltoilet. Outdoor shower (not in winter).

Original Kyrgyz yurt

Look forward to an authentic experience in The Kyrgyz Yurt. A yurt is a hemispherical felt tent used by nomads on the steppes of Central Asia. The original Kyrgyz yurt added modern conveniences like a good bed, refrigerator and electric light. The yurt can accommodate 4 people, as well as a child in a weekend bed. There's a cozy dining area and an intermist kitchen with a fridge and gas burner. Outside, there are table-top benches and firecrackers. Bring your own duvets or sleeping bags.

Atmospheric yurt accommodation with breakfast

An atmospheric and cozy yurt, it is the perfect escape from everyday life, in the bosom of nature. The spacious, handmade yurt is decorated to be cozy and, if you wish, you can also relax in the yurt sauna (no extra charge). The laundry room is located under a birch tree, beautifully protected by willow fences. The accommodation yurt has a wood-heated stove that you can use to heat the yurt and boil tea or coffee water. In the morning, we bring breakfast to the yurt. "Glamping at its best!"

Yurt glamping on Bornholm

Escape the rush of everyday life and discover a slower, simpler way of living in our yurt. There is a double bed with bedlinen, a cozy seating area where you can relax with a book or a cup of tea. On colder days you can stay warm by the woodstove. Watch the stars at night. The yurt has a basic kitchen with water kettle, cups, plates and cutlery. Eco toilet, and simple washing area are outside. A fridge is available in the barn. Just peace, nature, and time to unwind.

Yurt is decorated with beautiful Scandinavian elements and it is warm even the weather is cold outside. This is a place for thinking and relaxing and enjoying pure and simple things. We think this is something everyone should experiment at least once in a lifetime!

Listed thatched half-timbered house with a total of 6 apartments, lovingly renovated and romantically furnished, surrounded by a huge 6000m² garden with old fruit trees and many different types of roses with many places to relax.
