These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

You will stay safely in a separate apartment with its own entrance. Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? Log cabin on a beautiful private plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2 pcs), sup-board (2 pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. Ski trails 2 km. Train station 1.2 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7 km.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Studio by the river Ivalo

Studio with own entrance & a kitchen and a bathroom. 10 min walk from the bus station, from the supermarkets and other services. The Ivalo airport is only 10km away. There are two single beds. Desk and chairs You will also find a kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave, crockery and cutlery. The studio has a private bathroom with a shower. Towels and toilet paper are provided. Free Wi-Fi.

Charming little house in peaceful surroundings in the countryside, with views of the lake from the living room. Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and entrance hall. Small separate garden with a covered terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2. Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Alueella on myös hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Polut ja ladut lähtevät suoraan takapihalta. Matkaa kaupungin keskustaan on noin 3,5km. Rautatieasemalle matkaa on n. 4km. Lentokentälle ajaa noin 15 minuutissa.
