Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. A large outdoor sauna soon to arrive on the property. Sightseeing and restaurants in Oslo are nearby. The cottage is modern and fully equipped with top facilities. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Within a 40min drive from Helsinki, Katve Nature Retreat is our family-owned hideout surrounded by clean and quiet nature and ashore a beautiful freshwater lake. We are also located just a few km from the sea and archipelago with great hiking and paddling opportunities. The Kaisla Cabin is one of our 4 cozy cabins (two cabins semidetached) each with a private sauna. By the lake you'll find an outdoor fireplace and a summer kitchen perfect for cooking by the fire and enjoying the sunsets.

Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends.
