Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Scandinavia

This is our second time staying at Maxim’s — the first for almost 2 months, and now again for another three. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-suited for long stays. The kitchen has everything you might need — from an oven and dishwasher to plenty of pots and pans. We especially enjoyed having tea on the balcony — there are two, both with comfy chairs, which makes it extra cozy. The lawn in the yard is always neat and freshly mown, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The area is calm and safe. A beautiful, tidy forest just a short walk away. It’s only 5 minutes to the sea — perfect for daily walks. Public transport (both bus and train) is just a few minutes away on foot, and there’s a store nearby for groceries. Maxim is a great host — always easy to reach and helpful if anything comes up. Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys quiet, nature, and comfort.

Verdaderamente una estancia para repetir mil veces. La ubicación es excepcional. La sauna es un lujo. La estancia ha sido acogedora. Y Tatiana ha estado por nosotros en todo momento. Nos dio un par de cestitas con setas que ella misma había recolectado del monte. Hemos estado muy muy bien.

the flat has a great location. Nearby you have shops, supermarket, a shopping center, training station and bus station; In addition to this you are 5 minutes walk from Old Riga, the heart of Riga. The flat has got everything and the beds are very confy. Windows at the ceiling. As the host has said in the flat description there are 5 floors and no lift. The stars are quite tiring, but no a problem for me really. The host was super kind and the infos fast and clear.

Wir hatten ein schönes Appartment zur Gartenseite mit großem Balkon. Das Appartement ist hochwertig eingetrennt. Die Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Appartement wieder buchen.

Ihanan tilava ja kivasti varusteltu asunto kauniilla ja rauhallisella kulmalla kaupunkia. Sopii erinomaisesti etätyöskentelyyn, ja mukavassa sängyssä nukkui hyvin. Paljon hyviä ravintoloita lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Viihdyin erinomaisesti.

Ļoti laba lokācija,netālu atrodas vecpilsēta,osta, daudz veikalu. Dzīvoklis bija patiešām patīkams un atbilda visām vajadzībām. Telpas tīras, labi uzturētas un aprīkotas ar visu nepieciešamo ikdienas dzīvei.

In totaal heb ik hier bijna twee maanden verbleven en vanaf dag 1 tot de laatste dag voelde ik mij helemaal thuis. De vrouwelijk eigenaar was altijd beschikbaar voor al mijn vragen. Daarnaast werd ik ook voorzien van activiteiten tips en als ik iets nodig had kwam ze dit brengen. Het appartement is in een prachtige rustige omgeving, waar je fijn kan wandelen. Daarnaast zijn de openbaar vervoer voorzieningen op 5min loopafstand waardoor je binnen 25min in Riga centrum bent. Bedankt voor de geweldige service en ik zal dit verblijf zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden.

Benjamin en Alex zijn zeer goede hostst. Ondanks een probleem met de sleutel en het binnen komen van het appartementencomplex, zorgden ze voor een snelle reactie en oplossing. Het appartement is erg schoon, nieuw en voorziet in alle voorzieningen. De locatie is geweldig - dichtbij het water, het centrum en het station.

아파트는 헬싱키 중심부에서 걸어서 이동 가능한 곳에 있습니다. 트램을 타면 더 빨리 이동할 수 있지만 헬싱키 거리를 구경하며 걷는 즐거움 또한 좋았습니다. 아파트 외부 경치는 정말 아름답습니다. 해변이 가까이 있어 일몰을 바라보는 기쁨이 있습니다. 아파트 내부는 쾌적했고, 생활에 필요한 모든 용품을 갖추어 훌륭했습니다. 특히 리클라이너 소파와 커피머신의 도움을 많이 받았습니다. 하루의 여행을 끝낸 저녁에는 침실의 암막 커튼과 안락한 침대 덕분에 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 넓은 화장실과 사우나, 테라스에서 완벽한 휴식을 누렸습니다. 나의 집같은 편안함을 느끼며 머물 수 있는 아름다운 숙소입니다. 기꺼이 추천합니다.

Me and my wife and child really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was centrally located so it had easy access to public transportation. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the surrounding areas. There was a lot of parks to enjoy. It was also very child friendly as it provided a highchair and crib. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Absolutely brilliant flat with great attention to detail. Felt right home after checking in. Small things like Google enabled Marshall speaker; coffee machine, some sweets etc makes such a huge difference. Will definitely visit again

Prima plek! Goed bed, goede douche. De hal ziet er slecht uit, maar het appartement is nieuw.

The place is easy to check in and in a convenient location, only about 15-20 minutes to Freedom Square by bus and there are more services around the city from Kristiine Centre which is a short walk away. The room was as advertised and I had really no problems, anything that did come up was dealt with swiftly.

We stayed three nights in this lovely and simple apartment in Riga, and it was a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. It’s located in a nice neighborhood at just the right distance from the city center — close enough to reach everything easily, but far enough to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. One of the highlights was a fantastic hipster bar just around the corner, serving excellent craft beer and delicious pizza. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Riga!

J'ai passé 3 bonnes semaines dans le logement de Galina. Le logement est bien situé, et bien équipé pour un séjour temporaire. Galina a fait preuve d'attention et la communication a été excellente! Je recommande!

We feel so lucky! The accommodation was perfect! The apt was very clean, cosy and well equipped, we had everything. I appreciate Pjotrs directions step by step where to find the key. Also the location is very convenient, very safe and quiet. Right across the street there is Nepali restaurant, also famous ice-cream by Molberts. Afterall there was almost no need to use a bus cause a lot of stuff we found in the walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Pjotrs!

It's a very nice place to stay at plus it's located in a peaceful surrounding. Only few minutes away from the beach and the park.
