Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Scandinavia

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

Incredible spot by the river outside of voss. Tranquil and quiet with a private river feel. Getting to the cabin after the main road is a little… interesting. Good to slow and take it easy, wish we had better weather to enjoy the river more!

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

Thanks! Very nice place and everything was supposed to be. Our little toddler was well cared for:) All you had to do was light the sauna when the wood was ready in the stove and the spot was bathed. We'll definitely be back. The 😎 hot tub was also really nice.

Agriculture and Architecture mix. Living on the farm. Hike the property to historical Viking battle site. Golden hour sunset from property was amazing. The boathouse is a special and unique salute to Norway. 🇳🇴 Hope to return and stay longer next time. 🤞

The house is very modernly renovated and beautifully and stylishly furnished. We felt comfortable there. The bed was super comfortable, we slept wonderfully. The location by the lake was super quiet and perfect for switching off. We liked it there, but the house could use a little love in one place or another. Communication with Benjamin was great and he responded quickly to questions.

Wonderful stay at a quiet location close enough to walk down the street to restaurants. Hosts let me park the motorcycle in the garage, and had the door open and ready for me. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

It was wonderful to stay at the place during the training. The magnificent view from the windows caressed the eyes from morning to night and the incredibly beautiful nature around invited you to take a walk.

We had a pleasant stay at Marit’s place! If you are looking for a stay as if in one’s house, this is the right spot. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is spacious and communication with Marit was easy and fast. Away from the crowds, the area is quiet and peaceful!

We felt incredibly comfortable, the apartment is lovingly designed and furnished, something very special. The hosts are super nice and very concerned about the well-being of the guests. I had a fantastic time at Barbara’s cabin. It is modern and comfortable and has all you need for a great stay. The view is beautiful and the surroundings peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Barbara was very friendly and easy. I highly recommend staying here to get away from it all and I hope to come back in the future.

Absolutely stunning cabin! We enjoyed a few nights here whilst traveling around Norway; the cabin was extremely well presented, spotless, private and so peaceful. The additional sleeping cabin was wonderful to watch the sunrise/set, as well as having the hot tub to enjoy after a busy day of walking. Bergen is easy to get to via car or the bus stop nearby the cabin. Knut was a great host, very friendly and he even offered to meet us upon check in and help with our bags as there is a short 1-2minute walk from the car park to the cabin; which we had no issues with despite having suitcases. We would highly recommend Knut’s cabin for anyone wanting to relax in the peace and quiet.

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and had a great time. The accommodation was perfect for us, the sauna and use of the snow shoes in the shed were an added bonus. The location was unreal, I can only think of positives, thank you Juha for making our trip to Finland so memorable!

Our stay was just wonderful. The house has a stunning view of the sea that we enjoyed daily. The place was spotlessly clean, cozily furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and the proximity to nature made our stay particularly relaxing. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we were completely comfortable. Small hut that offers everything you need, with a fantastically beautiful view in a very quiet environment. Directly on the fjord and only a few minutes from the North Sea. We felt very comfortable. Linda is a super nice hostess. How can the property highly recommend it!

Sverre has been a great host - friendly and proactive in providing useful recommendations of what to do in the surroundings. The cabin’s location is peaceful and is great for nature lovers and those who want something a little off the beaten track. A nice wooden cabin with view of the water, like a dream.
