A very spacious and well-equipped place to stay. Very close to downtown but in a very quiet area. 100% recommended.

Adria and Giancarlo welcomed us helped us check in even we arrived late at night. They patiently showed us around the house and provided lots of must-visit places around. We felt just like at home. The house was spotless clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. It was better than the images showed. We had a wonderful stay. Just like the previous visitor's rate, 5 stars, no doubt!!! Strongly recommend to everyone would like to stay around.

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also excellent - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. Lunano - what a hidden gem! One of the best areas in Italy, we have been for cycling and walking. Plenty of historic interest to see too, Urbino, Urbania, San Leo and much much more. Our host has been exceptionally kind and helpful. The apartment has everything you need, newly renovated, with good quality brand new bed and kitchen equipment. Location close to local facilities, the whole village mad us feel exceptionally welcome.
