This was a lovely stay! Andrea was incredibly helpful and a very warm host - he helped us find restaurants and bats with great views in Matera and allowed us to stow our things after checkout so we could keep exploring. It’s in a great location in Sassi with a gorgeous view. Highly recommend!

Domenico nous a accueilli et nous a présenté la ville de Matera, il nous a bien conseillé pour organiser notre visite. Il a été proactif et très prévenant lors de notre séjour. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, la localisation est idéale et très proche des sassi, le logement est propre, tres agréable avec une très bonne literie. Quelques restaurants ainsi qu’une supérette sont accessibles à pied à 5 minutes.Nous avons adoré et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Antonella is one of the nicest hosts we’ve had. She went above and beyond and was so lovely. The house is better than the pictures. Perfect location within walking distance to the Sassi of Matera. Its downstairs so it was really cool inside, a nice change from the heat outside. Overall wonderful cant fault it

villa molto carina, rispondente alle foto e alla descrizione ma a viverla più in alto delle aspettative. letto comodo, spazio esterno fatto molto bene, fresca d'estate, molto verde in una zona di campagna abitata e tranquilla, molto comoda a un passo dal paese, completamente recintata per la sicurezza dei nostri animali domestici , Tiziana è un hosting disponibile e responsabile, siamo stati bene 5 gg.

Estuve alojada con mi marido en La Teresita, apartamento La Cantina...una maravilla. El apartamento es precioso, la cama muy cómoda, excelentes sabanas y toallas...todo impecable!!! Muchos detalles de buen gusto y confort. Está cerquísima del lugar para aparcar gratuito y está perfecto para hacer todos los paseos en esta ciudad maravillosa. Encontramos muchísimas cosas ricas para el desayuno y algo salado también. Es unos de los mejores Airbnb en qué me he hospedado. Gracias Luciana!!!

La signora Lorella è stata una persona eccezionale e sempre disponibile. Purtroppo non ho avuto la possibilità di conoscerLa di persona e abbiamo dovuto fare il selfcheck in che è stato facilissimo poiché ci ha sempre fornito indicazioni attraverso foto e video per attuarlo. La casa corrisponde alle foto e ai servizi forniti: accogliente, pulita e super profumata con un profumo ambiente per ogni camera che le rendeva ognuna distinta. È vicinissima al centro di Matera e ai limiti della ZTL. Inoltre, se ci si vuole spostare verso la Puglia come Alberobello, Locorotondo, è situata ad una altezza comoda per questi spostamenti nelle vicinanze. Ritornerò sicuramente qui.

Matera is a wonderful place. The flat is confortable, easy to reach, and if you travel there by car you even have a space to park for free. Very quiet. There's coffee and tea, which is always a nice welcome

Roberto ist ein wundervoller:, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gadtgeber. Er hat seine Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll und authentisch renoviert und gestaltet. Sie stellt alles beteit, was das Herz begehrt, ist absolut ruhig und zentral gelegen und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf die wundrrschöne Stadt Matera.

Super recommended accommodation, 10/10, the hosts the best, super complete and delicious breakfast, made at home, the house has a terrace overlooking the meadow that we could see a dream sunset. We would definitely return to this lodging.

Nie każdy lubi wnętrza urządzone z artystyczną duszą, milion drobiazgów umilających życie i cudownych karteczek z instrukcjami i pozdrowieniami w różnych miejscach. koty i pies oraz kury szukają czasem towarzystwa ale nie są nachalne. Cykady umilają dzień od rana. Jest miejsce wspólne gdzie można wieczorem odpocząć i zjeść kolację .

Excellent Sassi rental. Husband and I rented it for the night - and it really was magical. Flexible check in, located right off the main strip, with an easy walk to all major sites and restaurants. Romantic, quaint and perfectly matched the city’s charm and vibe. Highly recommend - and recommend at least two nights to get the full experience.

Casa San Martino: Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Francesco e Florinda (F&F) e prima ancora via telefono Francesco è stato molto esausistivo su alcune ns domande. La "casetta" è molto accogliente e caratteristica oltre che comoda e arredata con tutti i comforts !!!! La posizione è in pieno centro storico e per il parcheggio abbiamo avuto un permesso per la ZTL. A pochi passi, vi sono diversi servizi; in particolare il locale La Cavallerizza dove abbiamo consumato la prima colazione gentilmente offerta da F&F. La posizione è strategica per chi ha intenzione di spostarsi per le diverse località limitrofe: Marina di Ginosa, Matera, Alberobello ... Da consigliare per famiglie e giovani !!!!

The accommodation was beautifully and tastefully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. We were a group of five, and the space was more than enough for us to relax. The beds were also extremely comfortable. What stood out the most was how kind and thoughtful our host, Raffaella, was. Since we were traveling by van, it was difficult to find a parking spot, but she kindly reserved her own parking space for us in advance so we could park there when we arrived. The location is also perfect for exploring Matera. Highly recommended!

They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the property if you arrange, which is SO rare in Matera, where parking can be a challenge. It’s the most premium Airbnb experience I’ve had in Italy. 🇮🇹 The views in the place: Absolutely STUNNING. Every room opens onto a picture-perfect backdrop. The home has two bathrooms, air conditioning, & every hotel-level amenity you could want, you can really tell the hosts have hospitality experience. 🌅😍🏩🏨 My best friend and I are content creators & truly couldn’t believe how photogenic the entire place is. Un appartamento delizioso, caldo e in pieno centro. La cucina è molto ampia con tutti utensili necessari(addirittura olio e sale che non capita spesso nei b&b)un piccolo terrazzino, bagno pulitissimo e caldo. Internet veloce, lavatrice con asciugatrice. La camera da letto bellissima e silenziosa. La cura e accoglienza di Biagio e Sig. Rosa impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!!!! Tornerò di sicuro. Facile da trovare come alloggio, molto all'avanguardia con molti confort, facilità di accesso all'appartamento attraverso il cellulare, casa molto pulita ed accogliente, dall'appartamento al centro sono giusto 500mt. box auto spazioso e utile. sono stato nei giorni di pasqua con la mia famiglia di 7 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Great place to stay close to the city center. Walkable to all of the attractions and restaurants. Great place for a couple or a family with one child.
