Casa Vacanze "Otium".In the heart of the Sassi di Matera

Casa Vacanze Otium is located in the heart of Sasso Caveoso, in a panoramic and strategic position to visit the ancient districts of the city. It has two bright double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In addition: private terrace, large kitchen/living room with the possibility of adding a bed thanks to a comfortable armchair-bed. P.S: For reservations with two guests, the use of both bedrooms (instead of just one) is an additional cost of 30 euros per night.

Spacious two-room apartment located in Matera 900m from the Sassi and the historic center, 500 meters from the Tramontano Castle, 1 km from the Cathedral of the city and 1.3 km from the MUSMA Museum. It is equipped with ceiling fans, radiators, free wifi and is behind a large courtyard open to all. The living room has a sofa bed, bookshelf and wifi modem. This self-catering accommodation has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and linens and towels.

Apartment near Sasso Barisano with rooftop terrace. A double/quadruple room with a shared balcony and a double room (but one bathroom) make the house ideal for a large family's stay. You can cook a meal or visit nearby restaurants. There is no elevator. Cleaning will be provided at each change of guest. Paid or free street parking is not bookable. Common spaces with other people are just the terrace (shared with Suite A) and the balcony.

In an old gendarmerie dating back to the 17th century, in the historic centre of Laterza, stands La Ferula, the holiday home that can accommodate up to four people. Cozy and comfortable apartment, recently renovated, located in the historic center, 50 m. from Sasso Barisano. It is equipped with exclusive free parking in a private courtyard 24 hours a day. The central location of the house will allow you to walk to all the main places of interest. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, pizzerias, minimarkets, pharmacies, etc.

Separate apartment 50 meters from the central square, consisting of entrance, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The structure is a balcony with a beautiful view of the Sassi. At our guests' disposal we provide free parking in the guarded and underground garage just 100 meters from the property.

"L'Albero di Eliana il Nido" (Eliana's Tree- the Nest), is the perfect place for travellers to relax and be inspired in the heart of Matera's Sassi. L'Albero di Eliana has been for seven years an eco-friendly bed&breakfast. Since 2021 the formula has changed and it provides a beautiful whole apartment in the same location.
