Monthly Rentals in São Sebastião da Grama

Had a wonderful stay. Communication with Henrique was very easy, he sent us all the steps and exact location. When we arrived, we were greeted by Woody, the sweetest dog host there is (Henrique asks first if the dog can be let loose). The house has all the household items we need, warm blankets and great towels. Very clean and organized place. There are games to entertain the night. Breakfast is homemade, well served and delicious. It's already ready at the house, so we can eat whenever we want. We recommend the stay.

Fabrício and Magnolia were great hosts. Magnolia lives in the same space as the property and was always super helpful! The farm is delightful, it has everything and is super comfortable (beds). Not to mention the mega polite and affectionate dog on the property. We had a little trouble finding the farm with the address, but Fabrício and Magnolia helped me a lot to get there right (use the location that Fabrício will give you as it is more precise).

If you're looking for a place to rest with family or friends for sure this place will give you that. Amazing house, comfortable view very well-equipped and decorated we spent incredible days in this accommodation. Casa is within a rural property with a lot of security and tranquility, easy to reach and close to Poços de Caldas and Águas da Prata and Pico do Gavião.
