Explore Nightlife from a Tranquil Apartment with a Pool

This is a studio located in the heart of Vila Madelena. The apartment is located at newest and coolest development of the neighborhood. Taís and I have hosted hundreds of people at our home, and we wanted to have a new place just to host our friends at Airbnb, with no calendar restrictions. We have put our hearts and soul to design this apartment, to make it even more beautiful than our home. The idea is to have the Airbnb community truly live an amazing experience at this place. The building is amazing and incredibly well designed. It comes with a swimming pool, working area for those who wish to get things done, gym, etc. We also have a parking place, so no worries about parking your car on the street. The apartment has one queen bed and a queen size sofa bed (yes.. it is a queen size SOFA bed- REALLY comfy). We've tested hundreds of sofa beds to ensure that the guest that would stay on it could sleep well. So no worries about an uncomfortable night at a horrible sofa. The sofa bed can be divided into two sections, so if you are not a couple you won't need to worry about getting too close at night. The neighborhood of Vila Madalena is simply the best place you can stay in São Paulo, and our apartment is the best option in Vila Madalena. We welcome long stays as well as short ones. Sorry, but we can't allow pets. Free bike rental offered. The pic of the bike is on display at Airbnb as well as a pic of the key. Our place is close to Feira Benedito Calixto, Boteco São Bento - Vila Madalena, São Cristóvão Bar e Restaurante, Genésio Pasta e Chopp, Batman Alley, Farmers Market. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the light, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Our apartment has a 24/7 doorman. You'll receive a code to enter at the apartment (no keys needed) My wife and I live in NYC. We offer support through, text, phone etc.. And we have a lot of friends who can help you in case of an emergency The apartment is in the Vila Madalena neighborhood, which is alive with art, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and parks. It's close to Feira Benedito Calixto, Boteco São Bento, and the Alley Farmers' Market. Getting around is very easy. Public transportation is available and very reliable. The best option getting from the airport to our place is using uber (around 80 Brazilian reais... 20 usd). Taxis cost double Check-in and check-out are flexible whenever we don't have other bookings. If we have a booking you can check-out at 11AM and check-in at 2PM. If you need flexible check-in or check-out let us know in advance so we can confirm it for you. US citizens- You need a VISA to enter Brazil. If you are not allowed to enter Brazil because you forget we won't reimburse your stay (not because we are mean people, but we are letting you know in advance the regulations of our home country).

Reformamos para melhor recebê-los. Ampliamos nossa edícula, com uma cozinha americana, um lindo balcão de madeira e um banheiro todo aconchegante. Temos o antes e o depois nas fotos. =) Room and living room together, with a little kitchen and a bathroom, enough space for travelers. Close to the main house with a garden between them. Familiar environment, clean,cozy and in a calm neighborhood. Some improvements have been made for hosting you.

We have Wi-Fi, a garage and an elevator! Clean and cozy apartment, great for couples, families with kids, the elderly or a group of friends. It has a double bed and a single bed. Located right in front of Milionários Beach, with calm sea, great for cooling off, letting the kids play or learning to stand up. Close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies. Apto 23: Comfortable, Secure and great location

Apartment near squares and parks, such as Villa Lobos Park and Cidade Universitária (USP), also has quick access to Jaguaré/Villa Lobos and Presidente Altino train stations. Local commerce with bakeries, markets, restaurants, banks and shopping malls. It is a 20-minute bus ride to Butantã metro station. Especially for long periods. Building with only 4 floors and 14 apartments. Family atmosphere. The condominium has no elevator.

My building its from 1973, the apartments are very roomy and of course mine its super new and ultra clean , (windows are child proof), the area of Itaim Bibi already speaks for itself! The building does not have any leisure area or amenities. Its Secure with 24/7 doorman, walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in Sao Paulo, also walk to Park Ibirapuera. .
