Holiday rentals with a kayak in São Paulo

Me and my friends were staying at Jéssica's farm because we are from another state and we went to an event in a nearby farm. The makeup artist went there to make up the girls and loved the place! Really, the place is really nice! People liked the Standup padle and the kayak that Jéssica makes available for us to use! Had it not been for the event, for sure the staff would have stayed at the dam all day. There is a foosball table in the lounge. The mattresses are new. There's 2 or 3 big TVs in the house, but we don't even use it. It has a fan in the living room and another in the suite. To the heat, I advise you to take it, because those who have there are fixed. There were few cutlery. Since most of us ate at different times we had no problem with that. But whoever is going to eat with many people sitting at the table at the same time, TB advise to take it! In the ad, if I am not mistaken, it says it has 3 bathrooms, but there are 4! (2 inside the house , with shower, and 2 in the barbecue area, without shower). Jéssica and her husband are very kind and she answered all the questions by whatsapp! It was a very good experience! If one day you return to SBC, I would love to stay there again!

Very cozy space, with several spaces, accommodates a group of 13+ people very well, facing the dam, very good for an event with family or friends, I recommend it!

The accommodation exceeded expectations, the property was bigger and more beautiful than it looked in the photos. The space is very well equipped and comfortable, and we had very good communication with Claudia, always very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.
