Great location, 100% accommodations, building structure without words too. I was able to do everything I planned to do. I definitely intend to stay again when I return.

The stay was great, really close to the subway, the house is well equipped, I just missed a frying pan (I don't know if there was one and I couldn't find it). José was great from the start! I saw a comment talking about cockroach babies, and in fact, they exist, but I don't think it's related to cleaning. We arrived and the house was fragrant and tidy, only the shower stall was a little dirty, but nothing that bothered us. I recommend it.

Felipe was very kind to us, and he responded very quickly. The property is very complete and has a lot of security in the lobby. In addition, you can leave your luggage if you arrive before your check-in or if you leave after your check-out, which was a great help to us. The apartment is super clean and complete, recommended.

Unhappily I couldn't stay in the place, however Fernanda was always willing to resolve my concerns, I hope to stay someday in this beautiful place.

I had a really satisfying stay. The service is amazing and they’re always very responsive and helpful. I like how well equipped the studio is. They even have things like water filter, umbrella, drying rack, kitchen roll, coffee machine with capsules - all of which I found super useful. All of the small details really make a difference. I would for sure like to come back.

Great apartment in a safe location within walking distance of Paulista, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The balcony with BBQ is a nice feature for enjoying a home cooked meal!

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. We hope to come back more often <3

What an amazing home! Very comfortable, clean, and private! We felt right at home. Location was great too, with good restaurants nearby, walking distance to the art alley (Batman Alley). We never felt unsafe. Giuliano was an amazing host. He gave us all the tips of where to go to eat and see and he’s always available! We’ll for sure be booking this home again next time we visit Sampa!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my stay with Bia was. She was such an attentive and kind host, she offered me a haven after months of travelling. I sat on the beautiful terrace everyday enjoying the view of the beautiful São Paulo trees! There are two lovely coffee places nearby and plenty of little shops. I could not recommend this Airbnb more, I have beautiful memories that I’ll cherish forever. Next time I come to São Paulo this is the first place I will come to.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
