The view is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it to everyone who seeks comfort and a good location!

The place was so unique, we absolutely loved it. We just wish we could have stayed longer as our trip got rearranged . Such a beautiful apartment and the tub with the view of the city was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Excellent apartment, environments that made the stay very comfortable. The fact that it had a bathroom and toilet was great. Comfortable furniture and a beautiful sunset view. There is a Pão de Açúcar supermarket next to the entrance, which made things much easier. Anyway, I highly recommend it, excellent value for money!

I loved this studio. The space is perfect for 1-2 people, with everything you need in one of the coolest areas of São Paulo. You can see that the host has lovingly decorated every corner of this space and has thought a lot about the comfort of their guests. Besides, the common areas of the building (swimming pool, gym, grocery store) are incredible! I spent a lot of my time working from the rooftop. Loved the stay from start to finish!

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

Modern flat, great location, communicative and helpful team. If you are looking for an easy check-in with good internet, fully adapted for home-office, and work in SP, I definitely suggest this apartment.

Marcos’ place was excellent. This was the second time I’ve stayed in an Airbnb owned by him and he’s always been a great host. The jacuzzi with TV was a great feature. I spent two nights in just watching movies from the jacuzzi and didn’t even make it out haha. The place was clean and furnished really well and in a nice neighborhood across the street from a park. I would definitely recommend staying here and I’ll definitely try to book here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The apartment is great, in addition to being located close to the main points of the city. I recommend it.
