Monthly Rentals in São José

Awesome flat with an unbelievable amount of closets! We stayed 4 nights and unpacked and made ourselves at home. Handy grocery store a block away and fantastic restaurants at the end of the block to your right. We walked everywhere! No problem getting down to the water if you’re up for it. If you love shopping, which we don’t, the high-end shops are a block parallel. Such a pretty street to walk on. I’m telling you, you will not be disappointed by this place! We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was superb, on the beautiful Liberdade Ave, which is relatively quiet but close to the other neighborhoods. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, and AC worked well in all rooms. Highly recommended!

We always book Airbnbs and this may be the best we’ve stayed at. It’s along the beautiful, tree-lined, gently sloping Av Liberdade. The apartment building is set back from the main streets so we enjoyed our quiet walks home. Inside, there is generous space for storage, lounging and preparing quick meals. Bonus was the washing machine and a large clothes rack at the terrace. We did as the local did and hung our clothes so we always had fresh laundry. Thanks Sergio.
