Our city without words, this is the third time I have been to the house at Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention that I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. Without a doubt, I recommend this space to everyone, who is not going to regret it. Complete house, with everything you need. Thanks again Marcos and Thiago for once again making my family stay exceptional.

The apartment is good like all the ones in the ensemble, we have already been to others before. The features of the place in terms of gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish excellent. The apartment has a large sofa bed and a room with a bed. It does not have a dryer, only washing machine and the host even though we stayed for several days, just gave us a towel to each one, which was certainly a little awkward. Otherwise, the place is very good. Recommended (bring towels)

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

I always try to book Ana’s apartment if it is available. I feel like my second home there. Great place, great location, very friendly staff work for the building. Very safe place. Love the gym too.

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

A great place to rest, the house is complete and organized with the things we need for our stay. The view is incredible, I love the sunset there We are always greeted with chocolates, lol The house is always organized and clean, and the lawn is very well maintained. We really like it!!

My daughter, her friend and I stayed at Luana's place for three days and we really enjoyed it. It's a very cute and charming apartment, with comfortable beds and a great spacious bathroom. You can tell there was a lot of thought and care put into this place. The location is unbeatable as it is close to restaurants and cafes. At walkable distance of 20 minutes to the area of Beco do Batman. It was a great stay and felt right at home. Luana was a great host and we would absolutely recommend her place. Thank you Luana!

The house is amazing. Integrated with nature, well-equipped, well decorated, children's playground. It was very clean and organized. Jane and Marcelo made the experience even more enjoyable by being very helpful with everything. We got a little lost on arrival because the GPS sent us to the wrong place, but I got in touch with Miriam and everything resolved quickly. I hope I can come back one day.

Please was beautiful!! Great view!! The pool doesn’t get sun most of the day but it was still enjoyable and clean. The host were amazing and friendly!! We will def come back!!

I found the apartment to be ideal for 1 person, a charming and cozy little corner, full of beautiful details that together create a perfect external harmony, and therefore also internal. I was in need of this, of this acceptance. And it wasn't just the apartment itself; Lilian is also a wonderful and welcoming person, and she really is; and not to earn points with Air Bnb. I had several situations where this characteristic was evident and this was a breath in the soul. The kitchen utensils were one of the best I've seen on Airbnb in all these years that I've used Airbnb a lot, if not the best. Literally new and high-quality pots (which for those who care about health, this is essential but unfortunately not all offer them), and all the other items, in short, it is the kitchen that I have in my house and this is rare to see in Air Bnbs out there.
