Excellent reception and reciprocity by the site manager, Leonardo. These were wonderful, safe and unforgettable days. It was very worth it! There is a 5-star bakery practically in front of the mansion and even a fair, on Saturdays, with a great pastel!

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. My daughter can ride a bicycle in the condominium. The beach is close, the trail is worth it. The house is beautiful, with large, beautiful and clean rooms, very spacious and has exactly everything you need, especially in the kitchen. We didn't miss anything except a sink wheel that we couldn't find … lol and heating in the pool. Despite being in a space with a lot of greenery around, we had no problems with insects and animals, my daughter thanked me for that. I recommend and would definitely return to this house. You can rent without worries, you'll love it.

We were very well received by the host Reginaldo and his parents are very friendly and kind. They demonstrated a lot of hospitality and promptly answered our questions. Local easy to find, extremely clean, everything was very smelling when we arrived, the room has air conditioning which made our lodging even better, as it was very hot the days we were, and with the air we slept peacefully. The bathroom is very small, but for one or two people it meets perfectly. We really like to stay there, when we get back to SBC we'll be staying again.

We had only one mishap at check-in, as the family who stayed before us delayed their departure, which made us wait a while to get in. Clean and organized environment. Check-in at the correct time, the reception at the house was very good. All guests were comfortable and satisfied. In addition to this, the support people who were in the house were fundamental, Eli and Diego were very helpful in everything! I recommend it.

We went to three friends for the race at Ayrton Senna's Interlagos, Maria always responding very fast, excellent host, flawless stay, it's even more beautiful in person, much comfort in the stay, Maria has helped us a lot with information from both restaurants and places to visit, for sure when I go to São Paulo I will be hosting again on this Airbnb, I am very grateful to Maria for the reception.

Great space for socializing, large and new barbecue, refrigerator and stove working. There are no cooking utensils, but for the barbecue there is a grill, skewer, cutting board and knife. Gleice is very attentive, responds quickly and clearly. It is important to note that the lease is only the external part of the property, we do not have access to the internal part of the house so there is only one bathroom, which can make it difficult to host an event for a larger number of people. There were 9 adults and it was very peaceful. I recommend it.
