The apartment is a delight, very safe, comfortable beds, bedding and smelling towels, very good showers. Comporta very well 3 people, great location, close to Paulista and two metro stations. The bakery in front of the hotel is a wonder aside. Hotel offers paid breakfast and lunch apart. We feel very comfortable and hope to return soon.

Impeccable communication, very clean apartment, nice area. Swimming pool is not deep. Never went.

My stay at Walter's home was excellent! He was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay. The space is very comfortable, well maintained and with a privileged location, close to Ibirapuera Park. I'll definitely host again!

Very good location, 20 min walk from Paulista and the nearest station (green and yellow lines). Very close to Augusta, so there is music noise at night but nothing that bothers you. It is in front of the Sírio Libanês, so it is a well-lit and busy place until night. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable, the sheets and towels were very clean and new. The kitchen is well equipped and has a water filter (important) and cleaning products if needed. The only thing I didn't like was that the reception asked me to leave the key when I left; I wouldn't do that under any circumstances. The Wifi is extremely slow and does not work: if you need to work from there, you will not be able to.

Great space and location. Nearby markets, bakeries, and restaurants. As well as the Underground. We stayed at 4 people as the listing allowed and it was comfortable. For sure a great option.

Great room, beautiful location

I was satisfied with the accommodation: the cleanliness and size were as described in the listing and followed hotel standards. Excellent communication with Carlos. The room met the needs I needed, and there is the functionality of a coffee maker, minibar, kitchen utensils, if necessary. I will certainly repeat the experience, if possible!

The apartment faces the beach, whoever is, will be very well located (restaurants, market, etc.)... although small, the space is more than enough for a couple with 1 child, all very clean, with air conditioning, hammock, kitchen with air fryer, and everything else, very complete! I intend to return

This place was great for our long-term stay. A really safe and vibrant neighborhood, and the building itself is fantastic with a huge new cowork, a big state-of-the art gym with stunning views and a nice outdoor pool. There's also a 24-hour mini market in the lobby. The host was very responsive and the price was more than fair for the experience and convenience.

Booked a two month stay at Pamela’s place, first of all amazing host very responsive and kind. Cozy place and very clean, very comfortable bed, the apartment has many sheets/towels. Great building with very kind staff, everyone is very helpful . Prime thing is really loved the location though, 3 minute walk from the mall, and just a couple minutes walk to places to eat/supermarkets.

Great location

This is a cozy and well-organized apartment. Although small, it is well planned. The bathroom is very clean and the kitchen has enough accessories for a good stay. Great place for 1 or 2 people to stay for a few days. Very well located, close to the Anhangabaú subway. The only thing that was disappointing was that the cover did not seem to have been washed, despite the sheets being clean. Other than that, I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Perfect Flat to enjoy with comfort and mobility in SP. The hotel structure allows all security and amenities, in addition to the always clean and pleasant environment.

The place and location all great. To say something negative, the wifi didn't work perfect for work and sometimes failed, but it's the building's internet, not the host's fault. Anyway, in the restaurant in the building the signal was perfect.
