It had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and stylish, and we felt right at home. A stylish Studio, located in the Barcelona neighborhood, a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The location has easy access to various points of the city of São Caetano, in addition to being close to the cities of Santo André, São Bernardo and also São Paulo. Great tip for those who need to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, but want tranquility at rest time.

Alessandro's apartment exceeded all expectations. It was perfect for us as a couple, providing a welcoming environment. It was definitely a great deal and I recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience at a great price.

Marcos’ place was excellent. This was the second time I’ve stayed in an Airbnb owned by him and he’s always been a great host. The jacuzzi with TV was a great feature. I spent two nights in just watching movies from the jacuzzi and didn’t even make it out haha. The place was clean and furnished really well and in a nice neighborhood across the street from a park. I would definitely recommend staying here and I’ll definitely try to book here again!

Delicious, pleasant, comfortable, technological apartment, magnificent sunset view, quiet, high floor, free parking available, coffee maker, barbecue, all imaginable utensils available on site, restaurants and cafeteria within the condominium complex itself. We rented to go to the American consulate, which is only 4 minutes away on foot. The stay was excellent, too bad it only lasted 1 day.

I would like to express my satisfaction with the accommodation in the flat, highlighting some points that made all the difference in my experience: First of all, the location is excellent, with easy access to strategic points of the city, which makes the stay even more practical and pleasant, whether for professional or leisure commitments. In addition, the furniture and structure of the flat are of high quality, comfortable, well maintained and functional, reflecting a special care for the well-being of the guests. Finally, I could not fail to praise the kindness and attention of the administrator, who was always cordial, helpful and ready to help in everything that was necessary, which certainly contributed to a peaceful and welcoming stay.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.
