My experience was exceptional! The location is great, with easy access to the main points of the city, with everything close by: markets, restaurants and transportation. The structure of the site is impeccable — comfortable, well decorated, clean and with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The great differential, however, was Cristina's hospitality: always very cordial, attentive and proactive, ready to help with any need. Without a doubt, I recommend and would return with pleasure!

Our city without words, this is the third time I have been to the house at Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention that I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

My whole family loved our stay at Ively’s house. There were 12 of us and the house had more than enough room for all of us. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and pristine. Would definitely visit again.

Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the beginning, making our stay even more special. The roof is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, with the differential of a simply flawless view! All very well equipped, with pool and barbecue area perfect for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (differential for us) and with extremely kind employees. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for rest days. We will definitely be back soon and recommend with our eyes closed.

The co-host and the housekeeper were super attentive, the house was clean and organized, with sheets and towels washed, and it was just like the photos. We intend to return soon.

The studio has an incredible view, was clean, well equipped with utensils, Gisele responds very quickly, the building has a foosball table, pool, gym and a mini market, the location is very good, I certainly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santos!

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bedding. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. Co-host Katia was very solicitous, she always responded with agility, education and kindness. The apartment was super clean, we used the bed and bath linen and we had no problems. The condominium is a little old, with small elevators, but the large and spacious apartment, characteristic of older buildings, pays off. Our only point of reservation is about the instructions for access to the beach on foot, as we had to figure out a way to use the elevators of the other towers, pass through the garages, to be able to go up and down without having to use stairs, since we were with 3 children. The view from the bottom suite is wonderful, sea noise hitting the stones all night long! We traveled in three couples, each with a child and a dog, and it was great; we indicated it!

amazing place covered by nature , when we arrived clean pool and super sanitized rooms. The first day was a little complicated because the refrigerator was not freezing. soon he called a technician and the other day for the 14:00 hrs was working. It was super fast thanks God because we were with plenty of freezer stuff. plus it was all communicated to him and he responded super attentive . Outside that the place is amazing he super solved our problem was satisfactory for both parties . I loved my stays there. I took kids and they super enjoyed. Beautiful beaches nearby , market , restaurants . I really wanted to have gone to the trail that has on an island that only has access through the condo. more unfortunately it was with children so I recommend it if I recommend not to take children to the full. amazing home people super recommend, sure I will get it there again.
