Ja is the second time we have stayed in the apartment,and if we return to Santos we will give preference to this apartment..

The apartment is simply wonderful, with a breathtaking view that makes the stay even more special. We found clean bedding, fragrant towels, and an extremely well-equipped kitchen with everything we could need. We were delighted with the affection of the reception, we were surprised with a treat upon arrival, a gesture that made all the difference. Murilo, a thoughtful and very helpful host, was always available to assist us in whatever we needed. Without a doubt, it was an excellent experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!

Great location, close to an Oxxo and a bakery; next to the beach. Friendly and receptive porter. The apartment is great, clean, organized and welcoming. Kitchen furnished, with water filter, fridge, microwave, stove. Bathroom with towels and liquid soap. Thiago was a premier host; communicative, polite and flexible about some of my difficulties. I certainly recommend the place; I would return again and again without problems.

I had a very positive experience during my stay. The environment was clean, organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was clear and efficient, always available to help when needed. The location was also excellent, close to important points and with easy access to transportation. We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

The apartment is extremely cozy and wide. In addition to being clean and super organized. We had a great experience. I also point out that it is very equipped! The kitchen, as well as bathrooms and bedrooms with many utensils. We will definitely return!

Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. Certainly we will return, well located house, facing the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available, complete kitchen to make our meals, finally, again: absolutely impeccable. Condominium with a lot of security and privacy, entrance and exit access to the concierge with ease through QRcode provided in the first access, very practical. Spacious residence, sleeps 16 people well.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

Apartment very well located, sensational view, all very new and preserved. By entering the apto you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be top. And it really was. Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

I have been to Guarujá many times, by far, one of the best apartments I have ever been to. Perfect structure and location!

The very well equipped apt, a full kitchen, great balcony, felt like home

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

The view is too beautiful, it's a delight to wake up and see the beach in the window. Super clean and cozy apartment, with several amenities such as chromecast, bath towels, bed linen, even coffee in the closet, in addition to Gabriel's service, who was attentive and helpful from the reservation to our departure. Friendly building staff, parking on the street was super easy, with nearby shops that make it safer to leave the vehicle in front of the building. Next to the VLT, with a fair on Saturday mornings 500 meters away, you can walk and get to know the neighborhood. Anyway, it was a great stay. Super recommend!!!
