The apartment is wonderful, spacious, comfortable, with all the items needed for a quiet stay. The location is great, close to restaurants, ice cream shops, markets, just cross the street and is already on the beach. Fernando is an excellent host, super quiet, helpful and polite. Adoramos! Everything was perfect!

The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

It was a trip that we decided on short notice, but even in the running Carlos was very requested, resolved everything quickly, in less than 3 hours from the time of booking the apartment was already beautiful, clean and available to us. It was a finding that pleased a lot, we were left with 4 people plus one baby, however,despite the limited space the apartment is very functional and we were very well adapted. Our baby has enjoyed many of the toys and the available space. The view is beautiful. We drove by car and the location was very favorable for walking around Santos. Surely we are back!

I stayed with my 3-year-old husband and daughter, and we just love it. The apartment exactly as described. All very clean and organized, has all the necessary utensils of a home. The “backyard” is definitely a differential for those who have children. The very clean and organized condominium, super modern gym and kids space with toys in excellent condition. The apartment is right at the beginning of the condo, which literally leaves you a few steps from the beach. Ricardo was super helpful and always met fast in what was necessary. In addition, we love everything and will be back for sure!!

We were made to feel very welcome, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The accommodation is better than it looks in the pictures, all new, rustic and very beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the house is quite spacious. I went with my family and felt at home. I recommend it to everyone.

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Claudia always super prompt and responsive. The apartment is exactly as described. Perfect location just minutes from the beach. Quiet street. Quiet condominium. Very nice pool with a beautiful view. Very dear porters. The beach has busier waves. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It has structure with restaurants and kiosks. As we went during New Year's Eve I found the beach quite full, nothing different from the others. We really want to come back in low season because we think everything is perfect

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view. Well-maintained, with a full kitchen, very clean. The shower is electric and hot. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very quiet and well-maintained (airbnb renters are not allowed to use a sauna and gym). The beach is easily accessible by the stairs or the jeeps of the condominium. The beach is very beautiful, and the beach service is very good. The beach bar (exclusive to the condominium) serves delicious portions. Raquel is a great amphirian, flexible, easy to communicate and objective. I really enjoyed staying there, I hope to come back more often.

Andrea was extremely attentive from the first contact — always very friendly, quick in the answers and available to ask questions and help with whatever it took. We feel very welcome! The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. Have been incredible days and we will definitely be back!
