Holiday rentals with a sauna in Santos

Our stay was perfect and exceeded all expectations! The apartment is amazing, super cozy and very well located. A Nathalia and Mr. Elizeu were exceptional, super caring and kind hosts. Condomínio is super complete, with an exceptional structure and with extremely educated employees. Everything cooperated so that the stay was impeccable. I recommend too much and I hope to return soon.

Wonderful space, identical to the photos, we lacked nothing. Clean place, with all the utensils we needed. The entire structure of the hotel corresponds to the descriptions, everything is wonderful. There is nothing to complain about, we will certainly return. Alex always very attentive and quick to answer.

Leonardo's apartment is perfect , impeccable cleaning, everything worked perfectly, super comfortable beds, very good shower, super-equipped kitchen, and the view from the breathtaking balcony of so much beauty, you can hear the noise of the sea , we had a wonderful stay I highly recommend . We'll be back soon!

Strengths Great location in front of the beach and next to the supermarket. Great condominium with incredible infrastructure. (swimming pools and leisure area) Flexibility in making the late checkout. Very comfortable apartment (bed). Improvement points. The bath towels available were too small for adult use. It could have 1 pair of glass wine glasses. (only had plastic). Television could have already configured the streaming apps on the TV. Old TV with limited accessibility (Netflix, Globoplay, etc.) Lack of dish or paper towel to dry the washed dishes. (has only 1 hand towel).

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Excellent apartment, very well located, close to the bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars and wine cellar, I will return more often.

My contact was with Sabrina, Roseli's co-host. She was extremely attentive to me. She answered me and cleared my doubts promptly! The apartment's location couldn't be better. I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. I'll be back for sure!

Caesar's place is excellent. Like the photos of the site. Gorgeous place, a wonderful view of the entire waterfront of Santos/ São Vicente. The town has great leisure options in the condominium itself, and the place is very organized and safe! Hosts have been great at communication and guidance! I highly recommend it!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

It was all right, exactly as in the pictures and Eva is very kind, made everyone feel at home.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bedding. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. The swimming pool is great, well taken care of, and the barbecue is top, perfect for enjoying with family and friends. Everything very clean, organized and the way we were waiting for.
