I highly recommend this listing! Riccardo is very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I spent 1 month there, the accommodation is very well equipped for the long term. Plus, the village is beautiful! I will return without hesitation! 🙂

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here! I can’t recommend it enough, especially for fans of Normal People. The area is very peaceful and beautiful, amazing for a nice getaway. Giada and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Giada was very communicative and responsive and provided great recommendations. I already miss it, thank Giada for such an amazing stay!

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The house is very welcoming and is immersed in the ancient village of Sant'Oreste. Pietro was very kind, from accompanying us to the house, to giving us directions on all the alleys of the village, to recommending a nearby family-run restaurant where we ate excellent meat (and a lot!). In short, it was a really pleasant stay, seasoned with a great night's sleep in absolute peace. Really recommended!
