Monthly Rentals in Sant'Eraclio

The stay was great. I felt really at home. As a suggestion, I would put a microwave in. Those of us who are not used to the gas fire, it's a little tricky to control the weather. I have to say something burned to me that cold and jumped the fire alarm. Something to be thanked, for safety. I let the host know right away and everything was in a fright. Despite the morning noise from the supermarket, I have no complaints and I appreciate everything there was for breakfast, etc. Thank you!!

If we could give six stars we would. we were on a flyby visist after visisting some friends near by. location was perfect for what we needed. The house was full equipment with everything our little family of 3 needed but also equipped with extra like breakfast ceral, biscuits, water (natural and mineral). The host really went above and beyond to ensure there guest had a wonderful stay. Extremely impressed.

Roberto's hospitality was perfect. The accommodation is in a strategic position both for visiting Foligno and the surroundings but also for resting...the village of Sant Eraclio is a couple of kilometers from Foligno historic center but very quiet and very nice. We were able to visit museums and churches in the city but also walk in nature. In short, an ideal vacation. Thanks🙏🤗

Location of the house in a quiet and peaceful area with outdoor parking about 5 meters from the entrance. The villa is surrounded by a garden on two sides and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy spacious and quiet spaces furnished with garden furniture and lemon trees. The interior is furnished in an essential but tasteful way. The house is cozy, super clean and has all the comforts. The host has always been attentive to our every need for the entire period of stay in the house. Congratulations to the owners.
