well renovated and very clean apartment with all the required amenities for an enjoyable stay. Good base to visit the surrounding region.

The 2-month stay was an absolute wonderful experience. The little town of Occiglioni is high-up in the mountains but not so far from L'Île-Rousse for the necessary shopping. The mountain roads are tricky by car and something to get use to. We discovered the free of charge bus that takes you down to town and back. Just send a message for a pickup. We made lots of new friends with the Occiglioni residents especially at the A Buttea restaurant, just outside Stella's apartment. The language barrier for the non-French is very real, but with Google Translate, communication was possible. The Apartment itself is fully-equipped down to the last detail. The romantic view of the church outside is something special. The spectacular views towards Palmento Santa Reparata di Balagna especially in the evenings is worth a memory. We hiked the various routes around the area and had beautiful views towards the ocean. It was a novel experience. Our sincere thanks to Stella, Mary and Philippe.

excellent stay at Ile Rousse. bright, spacious, practical apartment with lots of furniture available. Brigitte was a great host, responsive, available and attentive to all questions. She was very helpful for our stay by recommending hikes, trails and restaurants or hostels. we recommend her accommodation for holidays in northern Corsica.

I can gladly recommend Philippe and this amazing house to anyone planning a visit to Corsica! The villa is perched high on the mountain, offering breathtaking views that you’ll remember long after your trip. Everything about the place is thoughtfully designed, from the interior details and kitchen supplies to the comfort of the living spaces. Even the small things, like the light switches, feel well-considered. Philippe was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.
