Monthly Rentals in Santa Monica State Beach

This place was great overall! Good for 1-3 people, we were two! The apartment was so clean and smelled nice! The location was a little confusing at first if you’re new to areas like this. So close to the beach and pier! Walking to it was amazing and the parking lots were so close by! We did have to unlock the parking lot gates once or twice because we would drive back later than 8, sometimes it worked and sometimes we just picked another lot instead.. The location was surrounded by great food and things to do too! Was a little noisy during certain times of the day, but that was just being in that part of Santa Monica. Walls are thin so you def have to keep quiet! Bed was comfy, slightly noisy though.. Well had everything we needed provided to us and having the parking permit during the stay was the most convenient thing! Brian also was amazing! Communicated all the time, even before check in and was thorough always! I hope to come back there again!

I stayed in Brian's apartment for 3 months after moving to LA to start a new job. I found the apartment very comfortable and livable for a long term stay. The location is great, its a quiet area of ocean park but short walk to the beach and several restaurants, lots of local bus lines nearby, and easy access to the freeway for driving. Brian was very accommodating, and was quick to help out with any issues that came up during my stay.

Fantastic apartment! Bigger than I expected and very conveniently located, but still very quiet. Bed nice and comfortable too. Dawn makes everything very easy.
