If you're looking for rest and some time out of the rush of the city, come here. The house is situated in the countryside near a river with a nice view of the valley. It is super quiet with lots of space and the house is fully equipped for cooking every night and even making fresh orange juice in the morning. Christine is super lovely and even helped with the coal bbq when we wanted to cook out in the sunny afternoon. This was our favourite airbnb in Portugal.

What a wonderful and comfortable place to relax and enjoy the peace and the beautiful view. I was lucky and was able to extend my stay by a few nights. The bed is wonderful and the kitchenette is great for cooking yourself. Thank you so much Fernandes for the hospitality and the delicious products from the garden!

We had a great stay at José's place. We were in town for a wedding at the Pousada nearby so the location was perfect. The property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Although José could not speak English, he was very adept at using Google Translate to communicate with us, which was greatly appreciated. The one issue was that although the property was listed as having two beds (one bed upstairs and the sofa bed downstairs), when we arrived, there was only linen for the bed upstairs. However, once José realised this, he fixed it, bringing us linen within 30 minutes. Thank you José!

Impeccable. We went with the kid and with two Labrador dogs. Super private, we feel at home. The kid loved the pool, the dogs were at home. House equipped with everything . 5 minutes from a center with ATM, and coffee and supermarket. 15 minutes from Gerês. Simply amazing , we will certainly return. Mr. Miguel always responsive in the messages and never pressed us with anything .
