Magical Airbnb perfect for retreating from the world and being in nature. The scenery and natural sounds around it are very special. We stayed there for 25 days and had an amazing time. There’s a small harbor 5 minutes from the cabin where you can take a boat taxi to explore the lake and also go for a swim which we enjoyed multiple times. You should know that this cabin is in the middle of nature so you can expect little insects and flies, which for us wasn’t a problem. Pat’s communication was great and Marcelo, who’s the guardian of the house was very helpful and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to dive

Awesome place! The host was super responsive and proactive. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It's pretty straightforward to get everywhere if you use the boat guy (Pedro) suggested by the host. Having the soccer field was so fun, even in the rain! A small note - it's an eco-home, so there are some small differences like having to use bidets and the hot tub hours. The host is very up front about these things, just make sure that's okay with you when booking. We had a great time, would definitely come back :)

Elizabeth was an incredible host and made us feel right at home. Her instructions were clear and she was always available! Her casita was absolutely beautiful and felt like an oasis! If you needed any additional help or accommodations, she was always quick with suggestions. We got off at the Santa Cruz stop and were able to navigate with her instructions. We very much appreciate her being available for us as this was our first time visiting Guatemala. Many thanks!

Amazingly peaceful cottage on the edge of Santa Cruz. The view of the lake and volcanos will from the deck each morning will forever be solidified in my memory. The home is simple, clean, and charming. I hope to return someday.
