Tania is very responsive and took good care of any questions I had before AND during my stay..The average response time is 10 minutes (according to Air BNB) and I agree! The location is in a small quiet residential neighborhood.. The staff was very friendly and nice. The studio is cozy and clean and perfect for 1 person or a couple. The view of the ocean was perfect for me to do computer work. Bring $1 coins for the washer and dryer. There is a great restaurant 2 minutes walk from the area entrance and about 30 minutes walk to the tourist area in El Sunzal. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

Such a cute, cozy place! The beds were comfy and the place was spotless. I was impressed. The kitchen has everything you need. The hosts provide shampoo and body soap. Like others have mentioned it is close to a busy street so it will be noisy in the mornings so being earplugs. That just means you have lots of spots to visit and check out nearby. Three minor things are that the window above the kitchen sink doesn’t have curtains so the person with the bed closest to the door will get sun in their face in the morning. The doorknob also feels a little loose and unsafe. It took a while for the AC to cool the place, but it eventually did. Other than that though I am very happy with my stay and would come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was even more beautiful than the photos—truly a hidden gem. Having direct access to the beach was amazing, and the outdoor showers made it easy to rinse off before heading back inside. The pool was perfect, and the layout of the home worked great for our group. We did have a minor A/C issue, but the hosts responded quickly and took care of it right away—we really appreciated their attentiveness. The grounds were immaculate, thanks to the hardworking groundskeepers. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back again soon!

Vanessa’s Airbnb was beautiful inside and out. The views from the second floor balcony alone make it worth it! We enjoyed our private pool and having beach access from the backyard. There is a lot of attention to detail put into the grounds and the house itself and they ensure you will have a lovely stay. There are staff that occasionally attend to things on the property, so you may see them from time to time. This wasn't an issue for us. The property felt secure. We have already decided to come back upon our return!!
