This apartment is one of a kind. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and has panoramic views of the entire city of Florence. We were able to have our coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. Moreover Matteo, provided water, beer and a complementary bottle of Tuscan white wine which we had in the evening while watching a sunset. Matteo was very helpful and extremely flexible, especially during check-in. He provided us with fun facts not only about the apartment but the city as well. Everything is centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere when sightseeing. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Host was helpful and provided some great recommendations that we ended up going to and enjoying! Location is 10/10 and the place is exactly as described - feels luxurious and also has amenities just if you were home.

Silvia has a very nice place. Modern, spacious at the same time. There so many wonderful books to read! I felt right at home. Location is wonderful, peaceful but just a short walk to everything.

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Paulo was a great host and we would stay here again. It is a fantastic location for exploring all of the key areas of Florence but still allows you to get away from the crowds.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. Daniela met us and was so flexible in communications. The apartment was exactly as described and in a quieter part of town but within walking distance of everything that Florence has to offer. Very close by are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants - many of which we enjoyed visiting. The bed was really comfortable and it was a bonus to have the washing machine and outside clothes line to dry things off - with added lovely jasmine scent from the beautiful bushes below.

Convenient location near the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. Easy walk from the Firenze SMN station, even with bags. Beds were comfortable, and all the rooms were spacious. Check in/out process was very smooth, and the unit is easy to access. It has a well equipped kitchen but we didn’t use it since we were mostly going out to eat. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, especially recommend checking the Mercato Centrale indoor market. Good spot for a family or small group to stay.

Josephine was extremely proactive with her communication. She provided easy to follow check-in/check-out instructions and was quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was a breeze and we received a quick tour of the place. The AirBnB was exactly like the pictures with a spectacular rooftop view of Florence. The place was spacious and spotless with an extremely comfortable bed and all the needed amenities. This place was hard to leave and has moved to the top of our list for our next trip to Florence.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

A very cozy space, located right in the heart of the city. I also want to highlight the kindness and availability of the hosts. A perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Florence and looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation.

Superb location for everything we wanted to do in downtown Florence. Lovely to be able to look out at the Dome and bell tower whilst sat at the dining table. Accommodation is clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. We drove and there is a car park right next door which we used. Alessandro gave us loads of recommendations and was very easy to communicate with.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, die unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat. Die Lage ist perfekt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und extrem gepflegt, die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Familien ein Traum, da es sich um ein großes, abgeschlossenes Gelände handelt, auf welchem die Kinder sich gefahrlos frei bewegen können. Es gibt sogar einige Spielgeräte und ein Trampolin. Auch der Pool war blitzsauber und ein echtes Highlight. Chiara war eine freundliche, bemühte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Monica and Sandro are great hosts. We felt home right away. Their recommendations in the near area were all great. They know really great restaurants and places to buy olive oil nearby. And they always helped us when we needed some ideas on what to do or where to go. The home is on a calm hill in the middle of olive trees. We liked the place a lot. It was very hot during our stay so the pool helped to cool down during the daytime. We can fully recommend the place and enjoyed our two week stay. We will come back...

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

We loved out stay… so peaceful with beautiful views from the pool and yet so close to the things that you want to see in Tuscany.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.
