Monthly Rentals in Santa Clara de Avedillo

We were very comfortable in Margarita's apartment. Very nice, super clean and well renovated and decorated. Beds are very comfortable, both in size, mattress quality, and choice of pillows. The bathroom is also great, with a breathtaking shower pressure. The only thing we've missed is some more crockery, dishes, and cooking utensils. It stays a little fair as soon as you want to cook something a little elaborate. Margarita has been very friendly, has been very flexible in the check-in and check-out times, and responds super fast. The apartment is very well located, you walk to all parts of Zámora, and is well located to reach the large communication routes. It is not difficult to find a place in the area. Some recommendation from us : Stroll along the riverbank and the entire historic center. Repeating at night for the lights. Boat ride in Miranda Do Douro. If we return to Zamora, we will repeat for sure in Margarita's apartment!!

Very well located 10 minutes from the historic center crossing the stone bridge, quiet area, excellent views of the city and the cathedral from the room and kitchen, also from the terrace but stairs impractical to climb. Very good communication and service, coffee and something for breakfast as a gift, very clean and well equipped.

This was a magical week spent at Luis’s apartment. We attribute so much of our enjoyment to his engagement with us from the start to even after our stay, making sure we arrived at our following destination. Luis loves his city as evidenced by his passion and knowledge for its history, cuisine, local Toro wine and every detail and event of Semana Santa. Luis and Miriam helped us navigate the city for the week’s events guiding us to the best locations for observing the processions and the best places to enjoy the food and wine of this beautiful city. His apartment is spotless, well equipped and mattresses are very comfortable. The location is superb, close to the historic center and paths along the river. A Birder’s delight crossing the bridge to the river bank path! We have traveled the globe and with over 60 stays in Airbnbs and never has a host spent so much time and effort ensuring our stay and experience was TOP. Luis went above and beyond! MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Gorka was a great host. Everything was made with us at all times. The communication with him was great. Check in and check out was comfortable and easy, it also gave us ease in that regard. As for the house, it was comfortable and spacious. The description perfectly matches what the listing relates. The village is very quiet, perfect for getting away. There's no big deal to do in it, but we used it as a base to get around Zamora and see if week santa, as well as the area in general. That's what it was perfect for. Everything is great!
