Giuseppina has beautifully renovated her birthplace in typical Umbro style. There are several options, varying from the number of guests who wish to book. We had booked the so-called podere il limonaia ourselves. Perfect for a couple. Everything was there and when she heard that our children were coming to barbecue, suddenly there were more chairs, tables and even a long tablecloth in the garden. This made it a cozy BBQ. The garden and lawn are well maintained with roses, lavender, rosemary, fragrant jasmine, olive trees and a walnut tree. The waste is neatly separated and a code opens the gate. A private parking within the domain ensures you a safe place. You can walk or use the available bicycles to get to the fishing village of San Feliciano. We had a wonderful stay with Rosa and Oliveiro. Helpful and friendly hosts. Their house is ideally located to explore the region! And it is such a peaceful place to het away from the busy life.

We had a wonderful six days staying at Fabio‘s beautiful hideaway by the lake. The sunsets were glorious, and we loved relaxing in the garden, and enjoying the tranquillity, only broken by Birdsong!

On a 3 month tour of southern Europe Antonio had the best property that we stayed at. Unique location, beautiful setting, the glassware wasn’t chipped and you immediately felt at home. Stayed for a week with two teenagers.
